2 week prep... here we go! 🙈💖 I registered yesterday for the @wbffentettainment virtual competition and I am so excited!! First time ever the WBFF has had a virtual competition and the first time I’ve ever competed in one! So here we gooooo! ⁣ ⁣ I will be continuing my at home workouts, but adding on 30 minutes of fasted cardio on my stepper ! I’ll also be hitting 10k steps daily. On top of cardio, I’ll be dialing it back on calories and sticking to a meal plan for these next 2 weeks. 😋 wish me luck at the grocery store! ⁣ ⁣ This competition is going to be a blast and I’m excited to be apart of it!!
