Do you know the warm, fuzzy feeling you get inside your belly when you’re really, really happy? Kind of like being in love?
That’s the feeling I get every time I step out of the plane in the United Kingdom. Hearing a proper British accent again, looking at all those cute brick houses and just taking in the atmosphere of the country overall is making me happy like nothing else can 💛
That’s probably the reason why I can visit London and the UK in general over and over again without ever getting bored of it.
I’ll definitely try to squeeze in a short London visit sometime next year, probably combined with a trip to Scotland. Back in January I’ve spent a couple of days in Edinburgh and can’t wait to explore other places in that part of the country in 2020 🗺
TELL ME: What are your thoughts about London? Love it or hate it?
We had a really awesome night yesterday at the christmas market (and later on xD). It is just awesome to see what happens when basically total strangers decide to meetup with each other and have a great time with together ! :) (If you don't see yourself marked on the picture btw just message me and I'll tag you :) )
And a huge sorry to Chris, who sadly wasn't able to join us later that night because he wasn't allowed to carry his backpack with him :( #yestheory#yesfam#meetup#stuttgart#christmasmarket#wheinachtsmarkt@yestheorymeetups@yestheory@yesfameurope
RACE | 🏃🏻♀️| Key Biscayne Half Marathon done! Incredibly happy with my run today. My first goal was to just enjoy the race, and I did just that! Super happy with my performance. Ended up 2nd in my age group...gives me some more motivation to keep going and keep seeking discomfort!
Another year has almost gone by. Another year with a lot of new experiences, friends, changes, jobs and joy.
For me it was a very successful year. I worked for some big German Film productions, Commercials and a lot of television shows. My second short film was released, several papers and magazines wrote about me and my work, I wrote three articles for two different magazines, I worked as Visual Mixer for the first time and I was able to establish myself as a screenwriter.
I was on the Road for at least 5 months this year and I don’t regret a single second. I am so thankful that I can do what I love for a living!
Sometimes I wonder how I got so far and how lucky I am, but I work every day, I’m constantly seeking discomfort and, with the words of @caseyneistat, I do what I can’t.
Enjoy your holidays and see you in 2020!

Before I went back to Berlin I made a short stop on Cyprus. To enjoy the sun, melt and warm up to go to the cold again.
The grey, cold and rainy Germany is awaiting me!
Check out my new video. I just uploaded it on YouTube. You can find the link in my Bio ;)
I love @yestheory’s philosophy of seeking discomfort. What do you do to @seek.discomfort ?
⬇️ A U F K L A P P E N ⬇️
Gestern war ich auf einem Weihnachtsmarkt in Norderstedt bei Hamburg.
War ganz nett, aber dabei war eine andere Sache viel besser, über die ich heute sprechen will.
In meinem Profil steht #SeekDiscomfort .
Einfach mal J A sagen.
This is the start of something incredible.I have no idea how it will turn out to be but as long as I am getting out my comfort zone, provoking you all to do the same and keep growing,I won't stop.
DAY 2 : Whether we like it or not social media is a big part of our lives . We use it for different reasons: making friends , to keep in touch with our relatives , to work .... so instead of hating on it and trying to live without it we should use it wisely and use it to spread happiness and positivity.
Now hate comments and cyber bullying: We have either gone through this or unfortunately done this . it’s hard not to do this because you simply can it’s accessible and it’s much easier to hate on someone online behind a computer or a phone screen than in person . But it’s equally as easy to comment nice things and spread positivity and love or not comment at all . But some people still choose to be mean . For this little project I didn’t come up with this but rather I got inspired from different parts of the internet . I always try my best to spread positivity and say nice things to people I follow on social media . It doesn’t matter whether I know them personally or not . What I want you to take from this is , please be nice to people or don’t say anything mean at lease you don’t have to lie about loving something or liking what they do but at least don’t bully them and don’t try to put them down . You don’t know what they’re going through and you don’t know what your comment can do to them . If it’s a positive comment ( it can be constructive criticism ) it can at least help them mentally and make them forgot the hatful comments others are saying. The two pictures above are pictures of two beautiful korean singers who committed suicide because of hateful comments they were receiving. People literally hated on them for no reason and they used their mental illnesses to hate on them and their personal problems too please use this opportunity and be nice to others and stop hating on people for free.
We lose that playfulness when we "grow up." Don't grow up, it's not worth it. Stay young ponyboy. #gethapier#hapierfam
Last week I ran @runpacers 15k Jingle All the Way! This race was for me to prepare as tomorrow I will be running the Key Biscayne Half Marathon and I’m feeling excited and nervous! 🏃🏻♀️ I love pushing my comfort zone with running, both mentally and physically! It’s not always easy to train and run, but when I do it I always feel amazing!
After 11 month I decided to interrupt my project to “Tramp the World”. I am longing to see and surprise all my family & friends to spend with them the Christmastime together. So I left my Backpack in Kutaisi with a beautiful Georgian family and exceptionally I took the plain back. From Kutaisi I gonna continue my journey on the 8th of January. My next destinations are Armenia and Iran. In the meantime I try to finish all my Video projects about my recent adventures until then.

just spent the past week cooking UP with @daltonmisner at the @liquidiv HQ and I’m stoked with the amount of work we were able to get done with this guy in our “content kitchen” 👨🏻🍳🎥🔥 with the Boyz!!! there’s no question about it… if you want to do anything great you NEED the right team around you. It’s impossible to do EVERYTHING yourself so the best thing you can do is pass on tasks to people you trust who’re talented, hard working and excellent at their craft. as @brandin_cohen would say - “A’s hire A’s, B’s hire C’s” and we for sure had an A on our team this week! I’m grateful to be surrounded by talented people that inspire ME! it makes “working” all that much more enjoyable. have a great weekend ladies & gentlemen ... SEEEEE YA! 🧔🏻💙
If you haven't already, go give the YouTube a watch to see how awful waking up at 4:30am was! Haha 😂
Link is in my bio! 👍
All in all it was a great experience that tested my will power. Definitely gonna continue to make some more videos about putting myself in uncomfortable situations 🙌
More coming soon, and if you gave it a view, thanks so much 🙏
The decade is coming to an end. What was the most fun part about your 2010's? Let us know! #gethapier#hapierfam
I'm going into 2020 with a fresh start and a little more bravery. I have many reasons as to why I've decided to do it, but most of all it is to strengthen myself. I've had many fun looks throughout the years and loved them all! However, I think it's time to love myself more and work on insecurities. You have to be uncomfortable before you get stronger. ❤️😁 #thebigshave#2020#yestheory#fullmooningemini
