Here's to another amazing yes fam meet up/sleepover!
@hdd.yassine thanks so much for being the best host and inviting us all to stay at your house!
Big thanks to everyone else who made this meet up such a succes. Made some new friends, planned a few new trips.
I tried food and drinks from different countries (not all of them were great, looking at you @sara.olmzdh 🤨). I stayed up until 7am, just to see the sunrise at the atomium, played a lot of ninja and werewolves and overall had a great time.
If you ever have the chance to go to a yes fam meet up, please do yourself a favour and just say yes and go. You never know what opportunities are coming your way. You never know what amazing friendships you will find. You'll be surprised how much fun you can have by simply saying yes.
Much love for all of these people! Hope to see you all again soon! (And some more who are not in this picture.)
#yesdream Every human being has a dream. Dreams turn into goals, goals turn into reality. There isn't exact time to start working on accomplishing a dream so why don't you start NOW? Write your biggest dream on a sheet of paper and work your a$$ to achieve it!
Since I was a child I loved motorcycles so it was a literal dream being able to fly while driving one... Now it just gets interesting, jumping in a mountain while driving a moto and in the air open a parachute and just go on ... Sadly the motorcycle will fall off
🤯God’s power wants to explode through your spirit, into your soul, and produce total health and well-being in your body.
💕This scripture from Philippians 4:12-13 is so beautiful for this!
💕Now go dominate this Wednesday, ladies.
The world is yours for the taking! 🌍
Okay so i made a few rants about the past weekend but here’s another one. So this weekend I met a bit more than 20 people, all unknown strangers for me. Was I anxious about meeting them? Yes. Did I have an amazing time because i came over my anxiety and said Yes? Absolutley. So now I have 20 new friends, whom I all love, miss and respect. I always thought that I wasn’t a really social person, but apparently I am, but all thanks to these amazing people. I miss you guys a lot, I can’t wait to meet you all again! 💗( I hope I tagged everyone, if you were there even if not in the pic i tag you )
You can find me at my favorite spot 🇮🇹 ⇣
This view is just one of a kind and such a stunning backdrop from any angle on the beach. 💦 ⇣
For everyone who has never been to Positano I definitely recommend making your hotel reservation well in advance.I booked this trip in December because I know how crazy prices get closer to the summer months.
Also be aware of where you book your hotel if you don’t want to walk up all
these stairs from the famous Spiaggia Grande haha.I saw a few people with heavy suitcases having to stop after every few steps because believe me these stairs are a true workout.😂🏋️♀️ ⇣
You guys!!! Thank you for making my first international meetup perfect 🥰 Got hosted by @sachin_krishnan whom I met in Copenhagen, and in the spirit of Yes theory he had promised 3 other people to stay in his tiny room - so obviously had to kick him out of the room so all 4 of us would be able to sleep without his snoring 😂😘 I remember thinking, ‘3-day meetup, that’s insane?’, and it was but in the best way possible - from dancing in public with a seek discomfort soundbox (and people/strangers not from Yes theory joining us both dancing but also for the rest of day even), singing and dancing in front of a train station in the middle of the night, jumping from a bridge (*cough cough*), giving free hugs to strangers, canoeing (and some even went swimming in the lake while the others stayed mostly dry). Thank you @lifeofarti for organizing an amazing meetup, will definitely join again, worth the 5,5 hour horror of flixbus. 😅 #seekdiscomfort#strangersarefriendsyouhaventmetyet#meetup#yestheorymeetup#hamburg#yestheory@yestheory@yestheorymeetups@yestheoryeurope picture credit: @malte.hb @lifeofarti & random strangers. Also apart of the meetup but can only tag 20 people on the pictures: @email@example.com @herbertoo@rizzeol think I got you all now? Btw ufff look at that crispy quality, damn 😂

This week has been spent on the beaches of Sri Lanka from Unawatuna to Welligama (Surfers paradise) to Mirissa (worlds cheapest beer and mojitos) and ending up in Arugam Bay (paradise) 🌴 It’s easy to travel around Sri Lanka as the car journeys so far have been around 2-3 hours maximum & Uber has worked for the most part. There’s a big surf culture in Sri Lanka and a relaxed feel to the island. The costs are good
with lunch for 2 people costing around £5 & dinner with drinks around £10. We’ve been getting braver with accommodation as we go - a pretty nice double room can cost anything from £15 - £25. You can up the budget to stay at luxury resorts (£80 upwards) but as most of the time has been spent outdoors and on the beaches there isn’t any need. 2-3 hour private taxis have cost around £20 but it can be cheaper with shared. And most important - a beer is £1.10 🍻 Hope the money talk is helpful 💰
The phrase that strongly applies to me right now is to “Seek Discomfort”. As I go into my first year of college, it will be a big step out of my comfort zone, a big challenge, and a great new experience, that I am so ready to face. Thank you @firstname.lastname@example.org #UpNextGV
Our bearded host @bobbbaaaay treats the content he consumes on social media as if it’s a diet. He’s constantly cutting out all the junk and doing his best to only consume the “pieces” that are helping him, inspiring him or entertaining him.
This is about him getting super disciplined about the images, videos, text etc that he consumes on a day to day basis. All of these pieces of content are fueling his mind and he wants that premium quality!
Be conscious of what you’re consuming on social media! Continue feeding yourself the good stuff and cut out anything that isn’t keeping you moving forward!
"Go for it, whether it ends good or bad, it was an experience." - @yestheory
baby steps ladies & gentlemen🦶… that’s the name of the game. like any aspect of my life, I know major changes are only possible by minor steps. some of my dreams / goals sound nearly impossible at this moment in time but as long as I’m continuously showing up and trying to better myself a little bit today, tomorrow and the day after that… I will get closer and closer to becoming the greatest version of myself. as long as I’m a better person than I was yesterday, I’m making progress and I damn well better be proud of that! 🎯
Since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of making the world a better place. I was raised by parents of huge hearts and they always taught me how important compassion to another human being is. I always supported various charities and helped others as much as I could, but I always had this huge dream about going to a poor African or Latin American country, where people were not as blessed as I was in life and help them in some way - to teach the kids, to nurse soldiers or to build houses or schools. What would be even more amazing, is to do this with the ones I love. Yes Theory - not long ago I saw your video called "Building 7 houses in 48 hours" and it inspired me to finally do something about it. I started talking to my family and we are all sure, that this dream of mine will come true soon. We are all decided and can't wait to build a home for a family in need. Of course, it requires time and money, but we are aiming to save up enough funds to do this within the next two years. You guys can help us make it happen earlier! :) Thank you for being such an amazing inspiration to do good. We really need more people like you on this planet. 💓 #yestheory#yesdream#chaseyourdreams#seekdiscomfort
So @yestheory wants to know what my #yesdream is, so here goes! I’d love to be a part of the team that creates the next #YesTheory documentary. I loved The Lost Pyramid and think I could bring a lot to the production for a future doc. I live to #SeekDiscomfort!
The Yes Theory is saying yes to those dreams that you think are so far fetched.
It’s being constantly in the pursuit to go after those dreams - to go after those things that matter the most to you in life.
As you’re in the pursuit to do something you love and something you dream of - you never know who that inspires, or what that ends up contributing to your life.
Because sometimes we end up achieving the dreams we never even knew we had.
And that’s the most beautiful part of being in the pursuit.
What motivates you?

Ask yourself, what would it take for you to be happy all the time? To have a smile on your face from morning till night?
I was biking through the city yesterday, and I had a look to see how many people I could find that are smiling, I thought it might be insightful and just something fun to do while pedaling away.
What I found was not what I expected, nobody was smiling, and most of them didn't even have a friendly expression on their faces, at least not until I smiled at them while riding past, if we count those, then almost everyone smiled.
Still, the amount of people looking like they're in a good mood was basically zero. Why is this?
Well, I guess you could say that people usually don't just smile at nothing, and some don't really show it when they're happy. Which could totally be true, yes, but I want to think some more about it, like, what makes us happy?
I know it's not just doing everything we want, because if we do that then we quickly become bored, self centered, and angry when we can't do what we want, so definitely not that.
As I'm typing this, I think a fairly good answer for now is that it's all dependent on your outlook, if you choose to be happy and honest, and you make this part of your outlook on life, then you try to see the good in life, you don't try to cheat life, you take everything as it comes, and you make the best of your situation.
This went a little bit off topic today, but you know, that's okay.
Thanks for reading. :)
years ago I heard this epic quote from @etthehiphoppreacher... “when you want to succeed as badly as you want to breathe… then you’ll be successful!” when my alarm clock goes off at 6am every morning I ask myself one question; how bad do I want it? it’s the discipline of showing up every-single-day ready to put in that WORK that will help us reach our goals. GO GET IT! 🌞💪🏻
Don’t spend your life on this little island called „someday isle“. It’s a place where you’ll get stuck very easily, telling yourself „someday I’ll be this, someday I’ll do that“. I found my personal freedom when I decided to not live on this island anymore but to live and embrace „today“ for what it is, not waiting for this uncertain day in the future. Make it happen now 🙏🏻✨
Don't be afraid of discomfort. If you can't put yourself in a situation where you're uncomfortable, then you will never grow. You'll never change.
