The Assembly Committee on Environment held a hearing on a bill I and Rep. Krug authored that would help the Village of Plover further fund wetland restoration. Thank you to these individuals who came to testify in support of this important legislation! #wetlands#wisconsin#restoration
Building this birdhouse-inspired treehouse in Wisconsin was a dream! The clients asked Pete for a sun-filled studio where one could create artwork, while also making a zone for restful retreat. To fulfill both dreams, Pete and the crew created three distinct pods in the same treehouse: two individual rooms and a central communal space, all connected via stairways and the ample deck🌲🏠
Today, on the Feast Day of Our Lady of Guadalupe, I am remembering the many summers my brother and I spent with our grandparents and cousins in Mexico City. Our Lady of Guadalupe has always been an iconic symbol of Mexican identity and faith.
She has also become a symbol of social justice for the oppressed in modern society. As we remember her today, I am thankful for the support I have received from people all across the state. And I am empowered to continue to fight for access to justice for all and for transparency in our judicial system. I am filled with hope for our state as I collect signatures and share my message. Diversity on our Court matters. We need someone on our Court who will work for everyone, including the disadvantaged. I am that person.
