Wash tomatoes and roughly chop. Pass through a juicer or blender until juice is formed. Then add sugar to taste and dilute with water, If using. Add 120ml Forever Aloe Vera Juice and stir. Place a few ice cubes in a tall glass and pour over the tomato juice. Add a twist of lemon and worcestershire sauce If using and serve.

Veganes Topinambur-Kรผrbis-Risotto/vegan topinambour-pumpkin-risotto ๐๐ฑ Zutaten:
200g Risottoreis
2 Tomaten ๐
200g Topinambur
200g Kรผrbis
1 Zwiebel
2 EL Olivenรถl
20g Butter (vegan)
1/8l Weiรwein
1l Wasser
2 EL Hefeflocken
Petersilie
Salz๐ง
Pfeffer
2 Knoblauchzehen
Suppenwรผrze (am besten selbstgemacht)
Zubereitung:
Schneide den Kรผrbis und die Topinambur in kleine Wรผrfel. Den geschnittenen Zwiebel im Olivenรถl anrรถsten und den Reis, sowie den Kรผrbis, die Tomaten und die Topinambur kurz mitrรถsten. Das ganze mit dem Wein ablรถschen und etwa 5min kรถcheln lassen. Danach mit dem Wasser (mit Suppenwรผrze) aufgieรen. Den Reis kรถcheln lassen und immer wieder rรผhren und Wasser hinzufรผgen bis der Reis und das Gemรผse durch sind. Am Ende mit dem geschnittenen Knoblauch, Salz, Pfeffer, Hefeflocken und Petersilie wรผrzen und die Butter dazugeben.
Ingredients:
200g risotto rice
2 tomatoes ๐
200g topinambour
200g pumpkin
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
20g butter (vegan)
1/8l white wine
1l water
2 tbsp yeast flakes
parsley
salt๐ง
pepper
2 garlic cloves
soup seasoning (best selfmade)
Preperation:
Cut the pumpkin and the topinambour into small cubes. Fry the cut onion in the olive oil and add the pumpkin, topinambour and tomatoes. Deglaze it with wine and let it cook for 5min. Pour water with soup seasoning over it. Cook the rice, stir it and add some more water as required. Cook it until the rice and the veggies are soft. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, garlic clove (cut) and yeast flakes and add the butter.
