Do healthy things to feed and nourish your body not to punish it. Tip: find good white wine with low sugar ! LCBO labels show the g of sugar per bottle, I aim for 2 or less. Also DANCING IS CARDIO 🤗.
long time no post, hello fraaands👋🏼 i hope you’ve all been out there killin life and being awesome. honestly haven’t been hitting the gym very much- have been going thru some not-so-fun stufff & started a new job!
life is quite stressful, but when i do make it to the gym (like today) i give it my alll and have the best workouts 🙌🏼 wanted to give you a little update on my situation! i recently got diagnosed with SIBO and quite honestly it’s been pretty devastating news. i have to restrict my diet again and it’s been bringing back some ED thoughts, causing me to end up binge eating which makes me feel a million times worse. i’ve been super anxious and not feeling like myself.
trying to not be so hard on myself for skipping days at the gym... i’m here to tell you if you’re in the same boat, it’s OKAY! the gym will always be there, put your health first 💕❤️ i hope you all have a wonderful weekend loviesss ❣️
The DeSoto Central Jaguars just won back to back national cheerleading championships and are the 2019 WORLD champions. Not only did little Miss get to spend the day with them, but they chose her to fly 🙌🏼 at the next varsity football game. To say she had a good day would be an understatement. 💜💛

My stomach used to be my favorite part of my body. I felt like I had a strong core and it helped support my entire body!
I was able to wear tight fitting tops and feel comfortable in them.
And now I’ve had a baby and I’m 10 weeks PPD (😢) and my stomach has extra skin & isn’t as toned as it used to be. But it’s still my favorite part of my body! Because it carried my baby girl for over 9 months and helped in creating my most favorite tiny person on this planet.
Let’s learn to LOVE every inch of our bodies and appreciate every single thing that each piece does for us!
Oh the number of times I’ve been so wrong about things 😂... Yeap, living the teachable spirit life since 2013 (probably until the day i die)... took a while to calm the ego.
