My name is Valeriya, 5 years ago I moved from Ukraine to Houston and that’s where I currently reside
Leaving my homeland and coming to a completely different country to pursue my degree in Microbiology was quite a challenge and it still is, everything is different, the culture, communication with people and even morals
My role model is Michelle Levin, she also came from Venezuela to pursue her career in fitness and I think her physique is truly stunning. Every day I take her as an example of how I should look and I put in hard work at the gym to reach my dream body. Gym helped me boost my self esteem, trained me to be more resistant to difficulties and taught me discipline
One piece of advice I would like to give to other woman is, no matter what shape you are in right now, what emotional state you are in, starting with just 30 minutes at the gym will help you get away from all the difficult moments that are circling in your head
Sometimes you have to go through pain and push yourself to get where you want to be, and going to the gym helped me with exactly just that. It does not matter what type of physical activity you choose, whether is weightlifting, running, gymnastics, CrossFit, you just have to enjoy it, and that’s how you can keep consistent and reach your desired physique. I been trying for 28 years now to let my dad step it up and be a dad ,But some things cant be forced .
Still after 200 + invites to lunch,dinner ,drinks ,fishing ,kayaking ,or support me on my dreams and than cant even find time for me on fathers day .
I dont regret anything but Il damn sure make sure I'm a good dad if or when i decide to bring a child in this world in the future

Well... what else is there to do on a Saturday night 😂 lower workout complete 👌🏻 got myself some new goals for a 🍑 bum this week after seeing a few walking around at @fpgymofficial
So today was like my first kind of heavier day squatting since my meet. Previously, I had alot of volune work for the last 3 weeks. My lower back and hips were tight today. I was tired and just wasn’t ready for it. I had to just do it though, I want to push myself to the limits for October for Raw Nats. I’m just trying to go into Raw Nats and try to back squat as much as @_hollapena can front squat😂. But this is 600 pounds for 5 grinding reps, and I’m happy with this, I actually pushed through it. Now time to get better every week.
