These are some crazy times friends and family. The more I read and hear, the more upset I felt, anger on top of confusion. It was hard to be motivated and inspired the first days not knowing what’s going on. Worst part is I have zero control over the situation. All I can do is start taking control of myself. Letting go of the worries(payments, things left unfinished, etc) and making my own space to get creative again, find ways to occupy and make myself and time useful. You don’t have to come up with the next big thing, you just have to make yourself feel better and stay up float. Think positive, Stay aware of course but don’t sink into it. אז איך עובדים על ה "QDR" ! או במקור ,Queda de rins, קודם כל חימום: ניתן לראות סרטון והסבר בפוסט הקודם של "איך לבצע עמידות ידיים". שלב 1) ב Qdr, משקל הגוף מוחזק כשאשר היד מכופפת והמרפק ממוקם באמצע הצלע. לכל אחד גוף אחר ולכן על כל אחד לנסות ולהרגיש איפה המרפק יושב הכי נוח ביחס לצלע, להניח את כף היד על הרצפה ולנסות לבצע העברת משקל לכיוון היד ולהרגיש את העומס של משקל הגוף מוחזק ונתמך על ידי הצלע. לבצע מספר חזרות לכל צד, זה בסדר שזה עוד לא מרגיש טבעי, המטרה זה לנסות ולייצב את המרפק מבלי שהוא יברח מהצלע. שלב 2) לאחר שהעברתם משקל והרגשתם יחסית יציבים, לצרף את היד השניה בזווית ולהניח את צד הראש על הרפצה וליצור סוג של משולש דמיוני ולא סימטרי בין השלושה. המטרה זה ללמוד ולבנות את המשולש שלכם בכדי ליצור בסיס חזק לשלבים הבאים. שלב 3) לאחר שמצאתם לכם את הזווית ויש לכם משולש יציב, עכשיו זה הזמן להתחיל ולנסות להעביר את כל משקל הגוף אליו, לקרב את הרגליים לכיוון החזה ולאט לאט לנסות ולהרים את הרגליים קצת מהרצפה. חשוב לזכור ! (ניתן ורצוי לחזור אחורה בשלבים בכל רגע נתון). שלב 4) אם הגעתם עד לכאן מבלי ששברתם כלום, אפשר לומר שיש לכם את ה Qdr הבסיסית, מכאן אפשר לנסות ולהרים את הרגליים יותר גבוה לנסות לשחק איתם ולאתגר את היציבות שלכם. 5) הגעתם לכאן מהמם ! אחרי שיש לכם שליטה דיי טובה אפשר לנסות להיות יצירתיים. א: מעבר מQdr לQdr בצד השני. ב: אם יש לכם עמידת ראש בסיסית ניתן לאתגר ולנסות לחבר בין השניים. ג: אם יש לכם עמידת ידיים, אז למה לא ?... תנסו לצלול ולרדת בזהירות ל Qdr. כמובן שהאופציות הן רבות ומגוונות. מקווה שנהנתם בהצלחה 😁 אם נתקלתם בקושי מסויים בכל שלב ניתן ליצור איתי קשר בפרטי. 👌🏽. #core #calisthenics #movement #handstandbalance #practice #bodyweighttraining #bodyweight #homeworkout #workout #strength #mobility #gymnastic #Qdr #capoeira #queda de rins #corona

**SQUATS** Struggling to keep good form and good depth without mirrors or weights from the gym? Try using something to lift your heels ( and reduced the range of motion needed in your calf muscles) and use a broom stick to help keep your back in a neutral position. You should feel contact on your tail bone, in between the shoulder blades, and the back of the head. Keep these points of contact throughout the whole squat to ensure your back position stays consistent. Make sure you don't neglect ankle range of motion. The more dorsiflexion you have the deep in the squat you should be able to go. The heel raises are a temporary helper until you improve your range over months of practice. #gains #Jesus #squats #health #fitness #motivation #gym #strength

🔷Serie bodyweight foundation: building up Bicep🔷 On this short-video, I am going to show you 5 variation of difficulties to build up some solid bicep by using only bodyweight. Hoping this video will help you in a way of building your body. In my perspective, if you want a functional & athletic body, Calisthenic is one of the best way to get it even if I love lifting heavy (especially squatting or deadlifting 😍) but in this serie, we'd be using bodyweight. EPISODE 4: building up solid bicep. 1️⃣Knee bicep push ups1️⃣ Level 1: beginner ++ - Dropping knee on the floor while feet off the floor. - Turning your both hand while your finger point toward your feet. - Keeping neutral spine position. - slow down the eccentric part while keep your elbow in. - At the bottom of the movement, push yourself back up. 2️⃣Knee bend bicep curl2️⃣ Level 2: beginner + - Find an elevate surface (table) and put your hand, palm facing toward the floor. - Begin by bending knees while keep core and glute engage the whole time. - Straight arm and then bend your elbow in order to create a contraction without moving your body. - Finally, controlling your eccentric portion of the movement. 3️⃣Regular bicep push ups3️⃣ Level 3: intermediate + - Set up in a regular push up position. - Putting your hand in a way of your fingertips facing toward your foot. - Engage your entire body before performing the movement. - Drive yourself down with control while keeping your elbow inside the whole time. - Then, push yourself back up explosively. 4️⃣BW curl with straight leg4️⃣ Level 4: intermediate ++ - Find an elevate surface as table. Put hand where palm facing toward the floor. Straight arm as well as straight legs. - Curl your arms until at least 90° elbow angle to create enough contractions. 5️⃣Decined bicep push ups5️⃣ Level 5: Advanced - Find 2 elevate surface one of those higher than the other one. - set up push up position and putting undergrip hand position. - Engaging core & glute to keep a neutral spine position. - Driving yourself down with control as well as keeping your elbow in. -Then, at the bottom, push yourself back explosively.
