Feeling loved & blessed is much like flowing water.. ☺️
Gratitude is a very trendy topic nowadays, however the effects of habitual gratitude are so understated (in the micro & the macro). I’m often so much more likely to remember what I did wrong and not acknowledge what I do right (esp at the end of the day). However in the past week or so I’ve been consistently journaling, reflecting and having some quality solitude time..
Taking on a full spring cleaning for my brain - letting go of cluttering thoughts & ideas that no longer serve me in order to clear space for new ones. New habits, processes and goals 🤓
Mental clarity is as important as the hype surrounding it, however the first step to clarity & solitude is self-forgiveness..
On all levels, in all ways and contexts. With every passing thought of guilt or shame, grant yourself the forgiveness which you seek 🙏🏽
You’re trying your best to your capacity. As is everyone else around you to their own capacity. Increasing your gratitude will increase empathy along with your capacity to give more genuine intention to living the life of your dreams 💛
This fall the colors seemed to change very quickly at the @portlandjapanesegarden 🍁. When Katy and I visited last weekend, this tree was in peak fall foliage. It’s a scene that I haven’t timed right in previous years, so I was excited to see that it was the perfect time to capture it!
