Messy artist fingers • These hands are grafters!! They work hard at the computer all day as a design wizard 🖥, at home they are the tools for the Mum of a 9 year old (braiding hair/fetching things/general slavery), and if there’s any time left after all of that, they draw. Messy for pastels, or neat for pencils. Depends on the mood. 🤷🏼♀️
It’s been almost a year since I’ve slept on an actually bed. Broken futon? Yes. Floor? Yes. Air mattress? Yes. Now ➳ sweet, sweet dreams on this mattress + frame, bed. I might just sleep for the rest of the year to make up for lost time 😜 I’m still looking for a rug, a nightstand + tall plant for the corner but the altar is up and sleep is incredible ✨
What helps you fall asleep quickly? 💤 🛏️ 😴 Reading could be a good activity to help you wind down before bed. At least for kids, it seems that bedtime reading may promote longer sleep. Music can significantly improve quality of sleep. It can even be used to improve chronic sleep disorders like insomnia.
