Pulled beef in pepper sauce served on a sizzling pan with sticky rice & miso soup⭐️😍 One of my favorite beef dishes, drenched in sauce and pepper stacked tender beef slices cooked to perfection and a little charred from the hot pan. Along with sticky rice it was heaven with eat bite 👍🏼🤩

I never thought I'd ever say this, coz I cooked my first dish at 17, it was a veggie dish and I screwed up big time and swore I'd never like cooking, but over two decades on, living in a faraway land, I surprise myself to say everytime I take to the kitchen, I'd turn on Google Music, ask it to play songs by British bands/singers 1975, FM84 or Adele, and find myself thoroughly enjoying the process of cutting, slicing, dicing and stir frying and bringing out each ingredients' natural flavor. ..
Tonight's dish combines flavors of Singapore and Japan - this is spicy chilly salmon fried rice. Spicy chilly is often used to cook Singapore's famous chilly crab - I've used the same sauce to cook salmon fried rice. ..
The husband came home famished, helped himself to a big bowl, and in between gulpful of rice, gave his approving vote of culinary tastiness. ..

Give Edmonton more sun, please! So I can enjoy more cold drinks and my tropical plants will be happy.
This beautiful drink is so refreshing. A mix between bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea, commonly known as Asian pigeon wings, blue bell vine, blue pea, butterfly pea, cordofan pea and Darwin pea), calamansi and some sugar if you need. You can bring water and pandan leaves to a boil to give some aromas. Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand are among the countries who love using this flower to colour their foods or drinks.
The original colour of bunga telang is blue when you mix with water but if you add any citrus it will change to purple.
