Do you eat because you are hungry or because you are bored? Do you eat to fuel your body or is it all just emotional eating? Do you eat for health or for no reason at all?
Our food has become our emotional saviour and a cycle of indulging to feeling guilty to deteriorated health to more emotional eating into not being able to control the addictions. Before you know it, that cycle has become a habit on auto pilot.
No diets work. When you get on a diet, you will have to get off a diet. When you seek change, it is temporary. When you seek to transform, it is permanent. To think you have to give everything up at all for life, your subconscious mind will not do it. When you take it a day at a time and know that you succeeded today... do that everyday and it will become part of your life.
Doing anything to transform, you need that burning desire, that knowing why you are doing it. Not because of a fad, for someone else, it has to be for you and for your reason. When health is important, you will make it a priority. Part of self love is self care.
Don't wait until it is too late. Life is so precious and there is no turning back when your body mind and soul is done.
