Pochi ingredienti e facile da preparare. . . Ingredienti x 2 ⬇️: 2 cubi di spinaci surgelati 10 noci 1 cucchiaio di olio 2 cucchiai di acqua di cottura della pasta 140 g di fusilloni Acqua q.b. Sale grosso q.b. . Ricetta ⬇️: Sbollentare gli spinaci in acqua salata per qualche minuto (tenere l’acqua per cuocere la pasta), toglierli e farli saltare in padella con un poco di sale, spegnere il fuoco e lasciarli raffreddare. Nel frattempo cuocere la pasta nell’acqua di cottura degli spinaci. Mette in un frullatore le noci, gli spinaci, il cucchiaio di olio e due cucchiai di acqua di cottura, frullare tutto alla massima velocità. at-home LEG DAY for y’all! No, I am not a “covidiot”, I didn’t somehow make it into a gym... I filmed this right before quarantine yet haven’t found the motivation to edit and post! If I am working out from home, I prefer for it to be outdoors. However, it is windy and chilly here in MI, so my motivation to workout has been on the lowlow 👎🏼 With that, I have realized that a lot of my quarantine time I have made excuses not to do the things that actually make me feel alive! I have been feeling the overwhelming energy projected by society causing me to do the bare minimum. Today I decided, NO MORE EXCUSES! 🔥 There is so much positive that can be done with the extra time and I am choosing to latch onto that! Although we all have ups and downs, we also have the strengths to get us through!✨ I spread my love to each and everyone of you during this time, and I hope I can offer a tidbit of motivation! Poner en remojo los garbanzos de 24 a 48h. 2. En una picadora muy potente o Thermomix, ponéis todos los ingredientes. Yo lo hice en mi picadora en dos tandas y después lo mezclé todo en un bol. 3. Dejamos reposar la mezcla en la nevera mínimo 30 min. 4. Formamos bolitas, las aplastamos un poco y las colocamos en una bandeja con papel de horno (Ver segunda imagen). Las “pintamos” con AOVE. 5. Ponemos la bandeja en el horno precalentado a 210 grados y horneamos durante 15’ por un lado y 5’ por el otro. Following on from previous post... what are your best cooking choices? ⠀ ⠀ I personally recommend removing all refined oils except extra-virgin olive oil. When cooking, use coconut oil, avocado oil (which can be used at higher temperatures because these are highly stable oils), and even ghee (clarified butter), butter (slightly lower temperatures) or even tallow (beef fat) ⠀ Ghee has a higher smoking point at 400˚ to 500˚F and provides the same nutrients in grass-fed butter with conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). Ghee and butter are also high in vitamins D and A, omega-3 fats, and butyric acid, which can boost immunity and help inflammation, as well as protect against colon cancer, by supplying your GI cells with fuel ⛽️. - Coconut oil is a great anti microbial and bacterial, it also tolerates temperatures up to about 350˚F, so it’s great for most baking and medium-high heat sautéing. - Extra virgin Olive oil is best for low-heat cooking or used raw for dressing salads. - 🥗 salad dressing - Avocado oil, macadamia oil (always okay to cook with occasionally), and walnut oil also are wonderful raw and make great dressings. - Increased consumption of omega-6 vegetable oils, which are highly inflammatory to the body and unstable, has subsequently increased inflammatory diseases. Over-consuming omega-6 fats and under-consuming omega-3 fats increases numerous health issues including cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, pre-diabetes, IBS, arthritis, asthma, cancer and autoimmune diseases.⠀ ⠀ That’s because omega-6 fats fuel your body’s inflammatory pathways and counteract the benefits and availability of anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats, creating even more inflammation.⠀ ⠀ We need to eliminate these highly processed vegetable oils that are so prevalent in the standard American diet. Instead - I suggest using more fats from Mother Nature which I embrace and try to rotate as much as possible daily! COVID-19 #2: OBESITY AND LUNG FUNCTION - Obesity and Diabetes have been identified as risk factors for COVID-19 infection by the World Health Organization (WHO). Upper body and abdominal fat restricts the inflation of the lungs through mechanical pressure both on the sides of the lungs and below the diaphragm which moves down when you breathe in opening the lung passages and allowing air into the lungs as they expand (see slide). Abdominal obesity also reduces lung function through inflammation from substances released by fat cells and the actions of the Microbiome causing narrowing of small airways in the lungs. There is an association of obesity and asthma especially in obese children where spasm of airways due to increased smooth muscle cells in airway walls makes them react to airways(see slide). With so many people around the world overweight or obese, we can all do something to fight COVID-19 through Balanced Nutrition and a Healthy Active Lifestyle which will reduce the effects of excess abdominal and body fat on lung function!!! Oui je vois du positif partout 😅mais c'est tellement important en ce moment 🙏☺️ J'adore les tomates 😍 et il y a des années déjà je consommais des tomates toute l'année et je ne regardais même pas la provenance 😏 Depuis le jour où j'ai décidé de faire pousser mes propres légumes ma vision a complètement changé ! Manger des tomates hors saison alors que ce n'est que de l'eau, c'est inutile... Aucun plaisir, aucun nutriment, juste détruire un peu plus notre écosystème... Procura también tomar medidas higiénicas luego de ejercitarte y evitar los cambios bruscos de temperatura. El ejercicio es nuestro aliado pero tomemos precauciones para que no sea lo contrario. Y sobre todo escuchar al cuerpo, porque hay veces que simplemente es mejor descansar. . .ALIMENTACION COMPLETA : en anteriores posteos hable sobre macro nutrientes ( Hidratos de carbono 🥪🍜🧇: "la nafta " / energía , las proteínas🥚🍗🥩 "nuestros ladrillos " y las grasas saludables 🥑 ) que DEBEN ESTAR EN SUS PLATOS así como también es importante en esta pandemia reforzar Micro nutrientes ( vitaminas y minerales ) prestándole especial atención a la vitamina C . Cliché, but we really do take the simple things for granted, meeting with a friend, the luxury of going to a gym, going to the beach or park for a walk.. not too mind traveling to other countries on holiday. 5. We emotionally attach ourselves to the tools of exercise (machinery, barbells, DB’s) but need to realize is the principles of exercise is what matters most (tension, challenge, execution, Aerobic conditioning, progressive TENSION overload) 6. High fives are really underrated. 7. Most of us (me included) complain we don't have enough spare time, and now we may have more than ever it's up to us what we do with it. 8. Times like this are what really allow me, and other coaches to progressing develop more in our profession.It is not just about sending out home workouts and adjusting someone's macros, its about developing more communication, empathizing more and going above and beyond to support your clients when they need it most… you don't learn that in a textbook. 9. I will never ever complain about where to pick when going out for food again. 10. Where Some Communities & industries may be bitter, bitchy or overly competitive at normal times, they CAN come together to do good and provide good if they want too, thats a choice it just takes a challenge like this to show it.

Tacos: -1 Tbsp avocado oil . . -1 small yellow onion, diced . -1 pound ground turkey (I used thighs) -1 Tbsp chili powder . . -1 tsp cumin . . -3/4 tsp garlic powder . -1/4 tsp onion powder -1/4 tsp paprika -1/2 tsp dried oregano -1/2 tsp salt -1/4 tsp black pepper -2 Tbsp water -1 Tbsp tomato paste -Butter lettuce -toppings of choice! Slaw (below), salsa, guacamole, plain greek yogurt, etc. . ... Taco Meat Instructions 1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. 2. Add ground turkey to the onion and cook, stirring often, until no longer pink about ~5-8 minutes. 3. Add spices and water to meat and stir well to combine. Add tomato paste and cook about 2 minutes more . ... . Slaw: -1 small head cabbage, sliced thin -1/2 cup mayo (I either make my own or like @chosenfoods or @primalkitchenfoods to avoid unnecessary sugar) . -1 Tbsp Dijon mustard -1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar -1/4 tsp salt -black pepper to taste ... Pero la realidad es que hay una vasta sintomatología causada por una microbiota intestinal alterada (por una mala alimentación, sedentarismo, antibióticos, etc.) que seguimos sin abordar desde su origen. 🔸 El sistema digestivo está altamente conectado con els sistema nervioso central, el sistema inmunitario y la piel. Por lo que cualquier daño en este puede reflejarse más allá que en una diarrea. Y lo complicado es que, a menudo, no se da esta diarrea haciendo menos probable que vayamos a tratar correctamente esa psoriasis, dismenorrea, infertilidad o anemia. 🔸 Por desgracia, también son muchas las personas que normalizan síntomas evidentes como un abdomen hinchado, unas deposiciones muy sueltas o el estreñimiento. Ignorando que todo ello les repercute más allá. 🔸 O los que sin más se hinchan a comer ultraprocesados en el sofá pensando que, como no engordan, no pasa nada. Cuando en realidad esta población presenta los mismos riesgos que una persona con obesidad. 🔸 Vaya, que aquí nadie se salva de cuidarse un poco. Pues ya os adelanto que para esto no hay pastillas. Umarım sizler de beğenirsiniz. # Hurmalı Tatlar # Malzemeler; ➰7 adet hurma ➰1 adet orta boy muz ➰2 çay bardağı yulaf kepeği (ben yulafı rondolayarak bu ölçüyü elde ettim) ➰4 yemek kaşığı dövülmüş veya isterseniz rondolanmış fındık(kavrulmamış) ➰1 avuç badem ve biraz kaju ➰1 tatlı kaşığı kakao ➰2 yemek kaşığı süt ➰2 çay kaşığı tarçın ➰ 1 yemek kaşığı fıstık ezmesi ( isteğe bağlı) Yapılışı; 1. Hurmalarınız çok kuruysa işe hurmaları yumuşatarak başlayın. 2. Bir kasenin içine hurma ve sıcak suyu koyun. Yaklaşık 6-7 dakika bekletikten sonra suyun içinden çıkarın. 3. Yumuşayan hurmaların çekirdeklerini çıkarın. 4. İlk olarak fındık,kaju ve bademlerinizi de rondolayarak ayrı bir kaseye alın. 5. Daha sonra hurma, muz ve sütü rondodan geçirin. Birlikte bir karışım haline gelsin. 6. En son yulaf kepeği, tarçın ve kakao ilave ederek birkaç kez daha rondoyu çalıştırın. 7. Son olarak içerisine ezdiğiniz çerezlerinizi ekleyerek bir kaşık yardımıyla birbirine yedirin. 8. Ben bu adımda kaselere servis etmeyi tercih ettim ama isterseni sevimli olması adına bunlar “Hurmalı top” haline getirebilirsiniz.Bunun için ise; 9. Elinizi hafifçe ıslatın ve hazırladığınız harçtan minik parçalar alarak yuvarlayın. 10. Tüm harca bu işlemi uygulayın ve bittikten sonra bir tabağa alın ve buzdolabında soğumaya bırakın.
