Been trying to be more consistent training upper since I have chicken arms & am trying to bring the best physique possible to the stage next year. Also I have the ugliest face when I workout so like haha sorry peeps 😭😂
1️⃣ Kneeling Cable Rows: 4 sets of 12
2️⃣ Lateral Pulldowns: 4 sets of 12
3️⃣ Bent Over DB Rows: 3 sets of 10 (each arm)
4️⃣ Lateral Raises: 3 sets of 10
5️⃣ DB Front Shoulder Raises: 3 sets of 10
6️⃣ Superset Barbell Bent Over Rows & Deadlifts: 4 sets of 12

Killed it doing seated military presses the other day! 💪Getting better at this movement and am actually really starting to like it. 😁 Did a set of 20 45, set of 15 65, set of 12 95, and a set of 20 135 PR for front presses. Then did a set of 12 65, set of 12 95, and a set of 17 115 PR for behind the neck presses. 🤘 Then did 2 sets of 20 50 and 2 sets of 30 60 for upright rows. Lastly did 5 sets of dumbbell laterals with the 15s, 20s, and 25s to failure. 😳 Awesome session! This was after bench press and dumbbell presses so shoulders were already a little taxed. 😅
