Here's my solution 👑🔥. . 1️⃣ Get a Resistance band (link in bio). 2️⃣ Stand on band to pin to floor. 3️⃣ Grab light dumbbells each hand as well and lift. 4️⃣ This works for a variety of exercises: curls, presses, rows, raises, squats etc. . Even one addditional band significantly increases the tension on the muscle for an epic pump. You can add more or use heavier bands. Been doing this a lot in my home workout program and loving it arm. . If you want to be as lean and fit as you can get, you need to sleep optimally; 8-9 hours for most adults. Neglecting sleep can have a myriad of repercussions. For one, you won't recover optimally which means you're caloric expenditure will be drastically lower the next day due to fatigue and your workouts will suffer which means you won't provide your body with enough of a stimulus for adaptations. You're muscle loss will be greater and you won't build as much muscle in the first place as we grow when we sleep, not when we train. Less muscle means our strength and performance will suffer along with our physique and we won't be burning as much calories at rest which can play a role in our metabolism. Our homeowners will be out of whack along with all of this which can cause more cravings and higher appetite than needed. In conclusion, sleep is crucial. When you are grateful for all you have and do not have - then you are happy. Right now we could all do with practising gratitude and getting some perspective⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ The trouble I found with gratitude when I first started the practice was finding things to be grateful for. I found myself searching for all these big, profound reasons to say I was grateful and I often struggled.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Truth be told - many of us don't have things like private jets or passive income streams to be grateful for - so we need to scale it back and appreciate the little things. The stuff we often don't give a second thought to in our day to day lives ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I mean, think about it. The fact that you're sitting there actually reading this is a reason to be grateful - it means you have a phone or computer connected to the internet. That means you are connected to the entire world - you can speak to people all over the world, find out information on any topic in seconds or just look at funny pictures of dogs. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ That's amazing. When was the last time you even thought about how life changing this little device in your hand is? Or how lucky you are to have it?⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Look at the little things. Consumption of soluble fibre slows digestion through recruitment of water and can therefore increase feelings of satiety. And whilst consumption of insoluble fibre aids the ‘start to finish’ digestive process, foods often contain both types.⁣ ⁣ For fat loss, creating a state of caloric deficit is to consume fewer total calories whilst moving more. This decline in calories consumed can therefore naturally result in feelings of unsatisfactory hunger.⁣ ⁣ Though satiety is sometimes based on personal perception and conscious decisions to eat more or less food, inclusion of a degree of soluble fibre across calorie intake may increase one’s satiety. ⁣ ⁣ But it is worth considering that whilst fibre rich foods can increase satiety, resulting in less need for more calories for longer periods after consumption, that some fibre dense foods also contain a relatively high caloric worth. But there is NO evidence for the efficacy of any of the products on the left hand side in relation to their salubrious claims! . 💚Having cellulite is as natural as obtaining moles or freckles and no amount of cream will remove this. There are ways to reduce it of course but these are more clinic driven. . 💚Celery Juice does not detox any more than a working liver. In fact nothing detoxes you better than your very own liver! . 💚Apple cider vinegar has shown minuscule weight loss benefits - could it be because it burns your taste buds and therefore you consume less food! (Calorie deficit). . 💚Skinny coffee is nothing short of caffeinated laxatives - does that sound good to you? (Dangerous method of calorie deficit). . 💚The concept of carb blockers is laughable. What is not laughable is that people desperate to lose weight quickly will buy into this concept. . 💚Turmeric is still being hyped up, but did you know that its consumption has not been specifically proven to improve health?
