I used to always have a plan. For everything.
Sometimes those plans would get me exactly where I did not want to be.
I found myself with a few extra minutes between my classes, and I jumped on the chance to move.
I haven't danced like this in a while.
Improvisation in the moment. No plan.
Moving my body in the ways that felt good.

Been doing a lot of reflecting as the end of the year approaches and my bday just past. 2019 was by far the most challenging year of my life. #prayer and #noumanalikhan helped me through most moments, but IA I am working on focusing on #gratefulness. #jummahmubarak#fbf

2019 has been a very FUN year of racing and traveling with friends and family. I just signed up for my last race of the year...for this Sunday. 😂

I won’t have a Spartan Race season pass 😢 and...I’m going to be okay 👌🏽. I won’t be able to race as much...😥 makes me sad but I will practice JOMO instead of FOMO.
I will put in more hours playing pinball. I repeat....I will put in more hours playing pinball. I would like to do more endurance events #SufferFest and more heavy carries. I’d like to get into the water more 😵😱. I also still have my heart on doing another bikini competition. 👙

Grub and gym today. Fasted 23 hours. This week has been a shit show but 4 day week 🙌 fueled my gym session with some frustration and as always felt like a different person afterwards 💪
