Probably had one of the BEST workouts today. Anger fuels my fire when it comes to working out, I feel like when I workout I’m able to release a ton if not all my anger, there’s nothing more I love than just going into the gym putting my music ALL THE WAY UP and going thru a killer workout and feeling the burn in my muscles. ❤️
We’ve all heard this before.. we are the product of our environment. It’s so clear to me why i’m so positive and why i’m so confident in what i’m doing and my next moves. All this confidence is predicated on what I spend my time doing and who I spend my time around. You have to put yourself in better situations in order to see a change! It’s not you, it’s the words and thoughts that are put into your head from other people and situations! #colemandancer
📢STANLAW SHOUT-OUT: SALEEM BANATWALA! 🔹I told my 1:1 Client Saleem that to make up for all of the videos and pics we don’t take during his sessions over the last 4+ years, I’m gonna embarrass him with a big shout-out today. 🔹Little known fact; Saleem has been with us at Stanlaw Fitness since the Summer of 2015 when we first opened. He’s one of our original Members and probably one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. 🔹HOWEVER, when Saleem trains he goes hard. We do back and chest Tuesday at 6 am, Legs Thursday at 6 am, and Arms Saturday at 12:30 (in case you ever need to know where to find him 😂). He wastes no time in his sessions and pushes for every set we do. 🔹Saleem is ridiculously consistent with this schedule and in 4+ years he’s maybe cancelled 7 sessions, tops. 🔹Every time we host a Transformation Challenge, Saleem steps up and does a great job, at one point losing 20 pounds in 6 weeks! 🔹I always look forward to our sessions and we have a lot more to accomplish still. Keep up the great work Saleem!!!
RP from @vmastromonaco ! : Who’s ready to throw down tonight??? Total Body Strength at 7:05. 45 minutes of straight-up weight slaying. Three progressive sets of training muscles all through the body. We’ll start off with the basics in round 1, crank it up a notch with some more challenging variations for round 2, and then a complete burner set for round 3...you’ll be sweaty and you’ll be gassed and you’ll probably be a little sore, but you’ll most definitely be awesomely exhausted in the most bada$$ of ways! Let’s rock!

HUGE THANK YOU to @rosiescibetta527 and @paytonfarley for going on a shopping spree today!!! We have brought in $1000 for Toys for Tots donated to us (some that was leftover from Turkey money), along with so many generous toy donations from our Members and friends.
Rose, Payton, and myself will be taking a ride on Friday to donate these toys and it’s gonna be a great day.
