Daughter low batt from counting & punching. 1) Being locked in an arm bar by Natalie. Taught her until she got so tired 🥶 she counted, and I kicked or punched. I gave her a lot of Questions too and she punched. (This is probably the REAL reason why she was “Mei you dian le” (low batt)) 2) Honestly when I got to 600... my batt was super low too. Took a 20 min break before finishing off 1k. I did workout everyday this week with the exception of a planned rest day! So that is my biggest win this week! Having an accountability group this morning made sure leg day happened! But the not so proud part - I totally caved Thursday and Friday and ate ALL the junk! Not so Yay! I’m not gonna lie I’m struggling with my nutrition and it is because I have not been holding myself to the same level of accountability that I have my clients! I’m not posting my macros and for that matter my fitness was not consistent when I stopped posting it here everyday. You’all think I’m disciplined, nope. And not only that I’m just like a lot of you - I don’t show up for myself. I need a partner to show up for, someone counting on me. When my new group starts next Monday I am going to be one of you! I am going to show up everyday as if YOU are my coach! Now more than ever we need to lean on each other and make sure we are showing up! Who will be my Coach? Not pretending here, I need you!
