To make cheese shell:
1. Shred about 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack 1/4 cup cheddar & 1/4 cup pepper jack
2. Place in a non stick pan at medium heat. Melt until the underside becomes crispy about 3 minutes (see picture 3)
3. Flip over and cook for another minute (see picture 4)
4. Slater with mayo and stuff with any meat your heart desires 😋
@twix Cookies & Creme minis have made their way back to shelves! These were available in the early 90s and were discontinue until now. I’m a big fan of Twix in general (my favorite mini Halloween candy) and am excited to try these. Found them @walmart !

Time to post physique #legiogloria#thegoldenone style. The last two years have been an immense challenge for me, full of rewards for hard work, blood, and sweat. After feeling stuck in an unhealthy rut, I made major life changes. The most important changes were dedicating myself to the #templeofiron and an amazing, beautiful woman @whitleyc41 while eating cleaner (still a work in progress). I've added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. I have a lifetime of self-improvement ahead, but I've made major progress in those two years. Many more to go!
GUYS! I found this gem at the grocery store! I usually get Missons carb balance tortillas that have 6g of net carbs, but these have THREE! 3g of net carbs & a shit ton of fiber (swipe for nutrition) they’re also vegan if that’s your thing. You’re welcome!
