I visited my boyfriend gym today! I found myself struggling with push-ups today at first.
However imo That’s OK.
Most of you following me, firstly thank you.
Also, you may know I share that before you allow yourself to feel less than enough if you feel you are not where you want to be yet, always look at your current circumstances and what you do in a day,
If you are walking to pick up the children, carrying your children and walking to the shops or walking around your town every day, that is exercise!
Imo Cardio machines are encouraging people to walk or run, yet if you do that anyway- then well done you. Genuinely, it takes stamina just as much as any workout on a cardio machine.
If you are swimming on a hot day and do this regularly, that too is going to help you to grow muscles if that’s what you want,
There are so many gym and fitness videos imo now being shown and that’s great, however for those of you aren’t able to get to a gym, start where you are, even if that’s on a couch.
Remember Every expert was a beginner once.
