It's been a hot minute since I've posted on this account y'all! 🔥 This past month and a bit has been life changing for me. It has been a period of amazing personal, emotional and physical growth 🌿 Taking a break from social media posting really allowed me to focus on myself and not worry about what everyone else was thinking. It honestly allowed me to breathe (thats the best way to describe how it feels). Just make sure that your in a calorie deficit of 500 calories each day to start so you can lose about a pound per week. . TRACK YOUR FOOD What gets measured, gets managed. -Peter Drucker You need to track your food, either in a calorie counting app like myfitness pal or simply keep a food log. This will allow you to track changes in what your eating and contrast it to your weight changes to make the proper adjustments to your diet. Focus on getting 80% of your food from whole minimally processed food sources. The other 20% will come from "fun food" to keep you sane. . LIFT HEAVY You need to lift heavy weights when your trying to lose fat. Зеркало тоже не лучший помощник в этом деле🤚🏻📝 ⠀ Измерять нужно те части тела, пропорции который так важны для общего впечатления о фигуре: ⠀ 📏 плечи 📏предплечья 📏бицепсы 📏грудная клетка 📏талия 📏бёдра 📏голень 📏шея ⠀ Замерять параметры (и вес тоже) надо утром, на пустой желудок🤗 ⠀ В конце дня параметры могут слегка поменяться — ноги, к примеру, отекают к вечеру.
