How has it already been over two weeks ago since these views?
• The glorious weather ☀️
• My birthday vacay 🎂🧳✈️
• In-N-Out 🍔🍟🥤
(no worries! I can always drive 3.5 hours south for @innout 🙃)
• Family ❤️❤️❤️❤️
It aches that we live so far away from each other. 😢💔 Yet, it makes these moments 110 times more meaningful and intentional. Also. I’m fully aware about my PVSD (Post Vacation Stress Disorder) - I’m wondering, what are some ways that have helped you cope with the post vacation syndrome? Any advice might be helpful. I’m two weeks out and I’m still a bit moody and mopey. I know, give it time. Right?! Also. Having one of my migraine episodes Thursday did not help my moodiness from the post vacation symptoms. 😩
Sunrise at Battery Spencer overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. Last time I was here it was in the middle of the day and horrible for getting photos so I sucked it up and got here at 530 or 6 am to catch a sunrise.
Practice does not make perfect, Practice makes progress. Which means every step that you take, even if it’s the smallest, it is important, it is vital to getting better.
You do not need to see the entire staircase to make that first step, one step in the right direction can be the biggest one in your life. #AMGQuote

Once again, Joan was giving him the cold shoulder. She could be oh-so-heartless, almost inhuman, unstirred by emotions, unperturbed by climate change, unoffended even by Trump. One would think that she was made of plastic. But not him. Jon loved her to the bone, even when her pitiful insecurity forced her to resent him.
