Sea bass with minty green mash.
1 or 2 fillets of sea bass depending on the size.
For the green mash.
A few mint leaves.
A half a teaspoon of fresh garlic.
A few broccoli florets (about 5)
Half a cup of peas.
Half a avo.
Put the fish in a pan with a little coconut oil, season with salt pepper and garlic. Cook for about 1-2min each side depending how thick it is.
While that’s cooking. Steam your broccoli and peas and then put them in the blender with the avo, garlic and mint and give it a whizz to make a nice bright green mash.
Once everything is ready enjoy 😉.

Mein etwas abgewandeltes Rezept für insgesamt 10 Bananenmuffins:
🍌120g zermatschte Banane
🍌1 TL Backpulver
🍌1 TL Zimt
🍌eine Prise Salz und
🍌1 TL Apfelessig
gut verrühren, dann noch
🍌eine Banane in kleinen Stückchen mit dazu geben.
Die Hälfte des Teiges in Silikonmuffinförmchen füllen, in die andere Hälfte
🍌1 geh. EL Backkakao rühren.
Den Schokoteig noch mit in die Förmchen quetschen und die Muffins bei 180 Grad Umluft 25 Minuten backen!

Not much to report, just trying to squat in my lunch break on a 12 hour work day and regretted it massively. THIS, is when I should listen to my body and I did. Finished my squat sets and stopped there for the day - don’t be a hero, just be the best you can be and know your body! 💖🌸

Call it whatever you wanna call it but that second picture breaks my heart. I was sticking out my stomach and you still saw my ribs and I though “I need to lose 5 more pounds” this is what I thought would make me beautiful and this is what I thought when a photographer at a photo shoot told me 127lbs was too heavy. The picture today is me, I’m in a “gaining muscle” or “bulk” phase and it’s the first one I plan on sticking with. Why do I tell you this? Because gaining muscle doesn’t mean eating anything and everything, I still care about my body, and I still am sticking to certain foods. The second picture is an eating disorder canceling out food alone, the first isn’t even though I choose not to eat every craving I have. Do not mistake having a goal with having an eating disorder. Just because someone says no to certain foods, counts macros, or sticks to a meal plan doesn’t mean they’re restricting or obsessing. It’s called willpower towards a goal and it takes determination. So, let’s get this growth shall we? •
