🤷♂️ So let’s discuss this on how all 4 can be VERY similar and always be GERY different!
🍳 REGULAR KETO (Credit to @tony_and_maribel)- Here is simple meat and simple veggies! With a HIGH fat intake! Not a low fat intake!
🥩 CARNIVORE DIET (Credit to @keto_adapted)- This diet is a feast diet that is going to be straight meat and dairy! Anything from an animal fits this diet!
🍗 KETO VEGAN (Credit to @choosing_balance) - This is the keto vegan diet where yes you see meat here! BUT....this is VEGAN friendly meat! You can have that on keto. Just be conscious about the carb intake on a lot of the vegan meats.
🍖 LOW CARB DIET? (Credit @cleanfoodcrush)- this is different than keto! Mainly low carb diet is taking in lower fat and higher protein! People on low carb will usually be consuming lean meat such as chicken! Low carb can be good. But to optimize your overall energy, I recommend getting FAT meat in general that will help your hunger and overall energy!
When it comes down to keto, you can chose many ways of doing it! Take whatever diet you’re on now, and you can carve that into a keto format!
When I actually started Keto, I went very low fat and low carb! It was a mistake at first, thankfully the next day after I started keto, I raised fat and BOOM! Went deep in ketosis and felt 100x better in every way possible!
🔥 You have to view low carb and keto as 2 slightly different things! Both with benefits but also a bit different!

Leftovers but make it fashion💅🏼. I had legit the longest/worst day with work 👩🏻💻so I needed a quick and easy dinner 🍽. Why is it not Christmas 🎄 break yet?! Anyways, I seasoned the broccoli 🥦 in olive oil, garlic, and red pepper 🌶 flakes. While that was roasting I sautéed the kale 🥬 in the same ingredients and then quickly reheated the salmon 🐟 in that same pan.
Sunday morning crew got it done; amazing job making this crew sweat! 💪💦

Our Group Instructor @jeca_camimbo is definitely building a name for herself here.
She shows up energetic and with a smile on her face, and is always ready to push our Group Exercise Members!
Though she’s always laughing and having fun, don’t take her lightly. Her classes have been amazing and I’m personally very proud of how far she’s come.
Jess has recently expressed interest in looking into a 1:1 Personal Trainer Certification as well. I love being surrounded by a Team that are confident in what they do, however are never fully satisfied and always want more.
