C'est déjà une victoire. Mais sa méthode ne me convient pas à 100%... J'ai créé ce compte spécialement pour ce nouveau mode de vie que je découvre depuis quelques jours ...Des heures à chercher des informations sur le net concernant cette alimentation. J'ai découvert des choses surprenantes... A l'opposé de tout ce que l'on nous rabâche depuis des décennies. Je ne vous apprend rien mais moi j'en ai appris ! D'où mon humeur du jour en mode cerveau à 100 à l'heure a réfléchir et prendre conscience de tout ce que j'ai pu lire depuis une semaine. A continuer à m'instruire sur le #LCHF. Lundi Rdv chez la diététicienne pour faire le point. Point final de mon suivi au vu de la prise de conscience qui grandi en moi... J'ai acheté le livre de @eatfat2befit version numérique car introuvable près de chez moi et je le voulais absolument dans l'heure ! It’s still silly to me that these tiny color coded things not only simplified my life but helped me get my binge eating under control. From one fellow binge eater to another, I don’t think it’s something that is ever “cured” for us because we will always have emotions that drive us toward food + alcohol. However, I do know that my bootcamp accountability, team accountability and program has helped me get my binges under control! I can’t even remember the last time I had a episode with food or alcohol. When I do crave food now I crave fruit, beachbars, or a matcha latte! ( which is way better compared to alcohol, pizza + chemically formulated food) so I consider it a huge win! If you’re currently struggling with binge eating, I have a few tips for you. 1.) Throw all of your trigger food in the garbage, it’s not a waste of money - think of your HEALTH. ( mine even made an appearance in this photo 😉) 2.) Make sure that you’re drinking at least half your body weight of water in ounces DAILY. 3.) If it’s out of sight it’s out of mind, so even when you’re tempted in the grocery store to browse the candy section, don’t. 4.) Commit to one of my bootcamp and get portion control in your tool belt No calorie counting, no “diet”, no cutting out food groups - I help you eat real food ( hello it’s me obvi we eat good shit ) and work towards overcoming your binges together. You’re the only one who can change where you currently are, and I’m so glad that 3 years ago and 35+ lbs heavier, I made the decision to change my life. 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗦🍳 I finally brought to you a savoury breakfast, you may have noticed that I'm a sweet kind of gurl😊 Arepa is a typical food in south America and you make them with precooked cornmeal (harina PAN) you can find it in the supermarket. For the arepa: 🍳42g precooked cornmeal 🍳A teaspoon of salt 🍳Water Mix the cornmeal with the salt. Then add water slowly until you form a dough (it looks like cookie dough but moister). Make the form of your arepas (you can make a big one, two mediums or four small ,like I did) and put them on the grill and cook both sides. Then you open them up with a knife and fill with whatever you desire. I filled mine with another typical food of Venezuela called Perico: 🍳185 ml egg whites (or three eggs) 🍳10g onion (cut in little pieces) 🍳10g capsicum (cut in little pieces) 🍳10g tomato (cut in little pieces) 🍳Salt and pepper Add in a pan the onion, capsicum and tomato and wait for them to cook. Then add the egg whites, salt and pepper. Mix all together like you were making scrambled egg and you are ready😋 🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗦 🍳 Por fin les traigo un desayuno salado, quizás notaron que soy una dulcera😊 La arepa es una comida típica de Sudamérica que se hace con harina de maíz precocida (harina PAN) que se consigue en el supermercado. Para la arepa necesitas: 🍳42g de harina de maíz precocida 🍳Una cucharadita de sal 🍳Agua Mezcla la sal y la harina. Luego agrega agua lentamente mientras amasas, hasta que se forme una masa, tipo de galleta pero más húmeda. Haces la forma de tus arepas y las pones a la plancha y la cocina por ambos lados. Las abres y rellenas con lo que desees😋 Yo las rellené con perico, que es una comida típica de Venezuela: 🍳185 ml de claras de huevo (o tres huevos) 🍳10g tomate cortado en cubos 🍳10g cebolla cortada en cubos 🍳10g pimiento cortado en cubos 🍳Sal y pimienta Agrega en una sartén la cebolla, tomate y pimiento y sofrielos. Una vez estén agrega las claras, la sal y pimienta. Mezcla todo hasta que estén completamente cocinadas las claras (como si hicieras revoltillo de huevo) y listo😍

He recommends a specific website in his book to source it (1stchineseherbs.com). I found a brand called “Myriad Mycology” that I really love from there. I’ve also tried “Om” brand, it’s ok in a pinch. The well known author of the infamous Lyme book by “Connie Strasheim” also says out of the 100s of supplements over the years, Cordyceps is one of the few she continues w/now. I’m going to paste part of an article she wrote below......... _ Per Connie Strasheim, “Cordyceps delivers its performance boosting results by increasing mitochondrial production of ATP. ATP or is a form of “cellular currency” or energy that is produced inside our mitochondria. The main reason I used cordyceps was to improve my energy & increase my stamina. It helped me to get out of bed in the morning & get going, & to get more done throughout the day. Cordyceps is also widely regarded for promoting heart health & studies have shown that it decreases inflammation via its antioxidant properties. It is has been found to correct abnormal heart rhythms, to have anti-coagulant, or blood thinning properties, and to lower blood pressure - all of which may be beneficial for some people with Lyme and/or chronic fatigue. Perhaps most amazing is one study’s observation that it can even improve symptoms such as dizziness & muscle weakness, which incidentally, are common in Lyme disease, as well. It protects the brain and neurological system, and according to research, may even promote a healthy mood and normal blood sugar levels. Every one is trying different types of diet plan and work outs and I think there is no harm in it but we all just need to keep one thing in mind our target should not be getting thin...it should be becoming healthy. All the experts,dieticians and doctors now advising to change our lifestyles ...rather going on a strict diet and skipping meals we should start eating healthy n balanced diet on daily basis and make exercise part of our routine for the flexibility and strengthening of muscles(if on vacay, thats an exception 😋) If you love yourself you should eat like it. A healthy body is not something which can be bought or inherited...it can be achieved by your own hard work and discipline....
