But having 10 different qualifications and zero experience is a bout as much use as a one legged man in an arse kicking competition (is that PC?) 🧐
✅ Do you wanna see a therapist who can lay their hands on you and feel the same things as you’re describing? Do you want a therapist who can intuitively deliver the depth and appropriate treatment you need on any given day? This is what experience does.
🛑 Or a therapists with a wall full of certificates? A mahoosive box of tricks and tools? ‘All the gear and no idea’, but has no idea how a tissues should feel under palpation.
🚀 It ain’t rocket science folk. Get good at the basics first. Some of the most talented therapists we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with have next to no additional qualifications. But they’re like the messiah when they place their hands on you. This is a real gift. Something to behold and not something you can attain just in a class room.

I do these every week with my clients. I want to know how their weeks been, what they're up to for the following week, what they're eating and drinking, how their family is, whether works busy, how many hours sleep they're getting, whether their dog asked about me... I want to know it all. Especially the last one.
I work WITH my clients to make their lives awesome in every single way.
So how does the wellness coach, coach their own wellness?
It really is that simple. I practice what I preach, checking in with myself 2-3 times a week and asking myself all the questions I would ask a client.
Doing this consistently over the past few months has really helped me understand who I am, where I'm going and what I want out of life. It's helped me come to terms with change, and become happy in my own skin.
Check ins don't mean critically evaluating everything about yourself. They are a positive tool to be used to fuel your fire!

Killed it training with my dad @9__finger this morning(2am-4am) doing chest and arms! 💪We did a solid and ridiculous 15 sets on the bench to finishing with arms. 🤘 Did a bunch of volume training for arms and really enjoyed the cramping pump I got! 😁 Solid session overall. Working my way back quick. Last month was a big L, this month I'm bouncing back strong! 🙏
