Lavorando su me stessa, ho capito che niente è più appagante, veriterio ed eccitante che uscire dai propri schemi, trovare nuovi stimoli e qualcosa di nuovo e diverso da raggiungere. Siamo nati per sperimentare, per provare, per spingerci oltre il possibile e l’immaginabile, basta volerlo. Il mio percorso in palestra era iniziato lavorando proprio sulla mia confort zone, ovvero le gambe. Con il tempo, con la crescita, ho capito che come mi avrebbe appagata e fatta diventare più forte fisicamente e mentalmente uscire da questo confort, non avrebbe fatto nient’altro . Così ho dato spazio all’allenamento upper. È stato difficile, e lo è ancora. Partivo da una base inesistente: braccia flaccide, dorso assente, spalle carenti. This ones a book, grab your reading glasses, I figured this is worth a share. Hopefully it helps at least one person out. it’s pretty simple, about priorities and consistency, and I guess even keeping it simple. Everybody loves different things, between working construction most my life being in the military sports and all that fitness has always been a big part of mine. Grown to love it, the proofreads ion the process watching myself get better feeling my self get stronger, faster etc. but lately, things have been a lot better. And the truth is it’s extremely simple, I cut out almost every single thing holding me back from what I want, the goals i have, thing taking away progress and my mental clarity in day to day decisions in and out of the gym and really decided to focus as best I can. Putting God, my career, the military, my family, fitness...the things I love, first. Actually. And prioritize the way I eat, my routine, the time I wake up, everything, to fit my life as perfectly as i can to only make me better, more efficient and it’s been about 2 months and not once have I broken it. I kid you not the rapid increase in everything is really unbelievable. Theirs really no comparison. It’s night and day. Relationships, reputation, character, money, overall health, progress in the gym. Mental strength, anxiety level just natural focus in general. They say get your head in the game all the time and I’m telling you, once you do, really really do. Everything you can control will change for the better in a big way. Get you’re head right focus on what’s important and cut what isn’t. Take it as a bunch of words or take it to heart but at this point, in this crazy world, everyone should really be thinking about their lives, what’s truly important and their future, times not waiting on you, i promise. And when you break it down, it’s a lot less complicated then we make life out to be. Make it as good as you can everyday for yourself and the people around you. Give it a shot, life’s short, why not?
