Feeling happy... I’m aware it’s no way near a six pack and there’s still more I want to improve on but for me it’s more about appreciating how my body is changing and getting fitter. Also learning not to compare myself to others had been a huge benefit. I’m 37 and had 4 babies, I have scars which which won’t change but they show the journey my body has been on and accepting them has taken time but it’s so freeing to finally get there. "Vi väntar hela veckan till fredag, hela året till sommaren och hela livet till lyckan. Sluta vänta, börja lev" * * En dag i kärleken, saknaden, skrattet och träningens tecken. Innan jag somnade igår, fick jag en panikkänsla inombords. Varför? Ingen aning egentligen. Tror jag hade höga förväntningar om hur träningen idag skulle bli och samtidigt satte jag för mycket press på mig själv. * * Istället för att bara slappna av och ta det som det kommer. Har så jäkla svårt att acceptera att min kropp inte vill det jag vill. Att vilja men ej kunna är en kombination jag har svårt att acceptera. Jag ska absolut ej hamna där jag var för två år sedan! Tror det är där en del av oron ligger. Att falla tillbaka.... * * Träningen gick bra och för en gångs skull lyssnade jag på min kropp. Mycket bra pass. Nivån jag körde på är långt ifrån den jag vill och kan ligga på, men bättre lite än inget alls. Det var så himla kul att träffa gamla gänget igen. Saknar en del andra vänner väldigt mycket. * * Idag gick mina tankar särkilt till min älskade svärmor. 5år sedan du somnade för gott. Än idag minns jag min hand mot din lena kind när jag tog farväl. Minns din envishet, glädje, din humor och alla skratt vi delade.
