So grateful for another day with lots of sleep, Yoga and Body Pump in the morning and great fun in the swimming pool with my son and his friend.I love the pure aliveness of kids and feel like one myself, esp. doing the big slides😀. Also so fascinating to listen to their conversations about movies like Lord of the Rings and their intepretation of the characters like Golum, for instance.Really deep and better than any psychiatrist.Feeling really sorry for his character who ended up in a cave for many years etc...Priceless... Ahhh, while also reading about symbol of rune Hagalaz which builds the foundation for the universal grid where everything originates from...So fascinating
Stopping by in the midst of a hectic season just to soak this in! I’ve spent most part of the past 15 years just concentrating on the process, rather than the result. It has been an amazing year for Barfit. We have sold some thousands of energy balls since last year. We have some exciting projects coming up and we are excited to keep on developing new healthy products for you!!

C’était hier, promenade automnale, l’air était doux, un léger vent parcourait la campagne, et ces nuages ⛅️🙏 💕
Monsieur mon mari va courir et pédaler dans une salle. Et à chaque fois je me dis que j’en suis incapable, car je ne voudrais être nulle part ailleurs que là, qu’il vente ou qu’il pleuve, on se sent vivant 🍃🍁⛅️🤗. C’est un tout fait de senteurs, de sensations intenses comme le vent sur ma peau, des couleurs sublimes ( en ce moment les vignes deviennent rousses, grenat🤗🍁) et l’impression de tout redécouvrir à chaque fois.
Le plus beau est que ce paysage est toujours changeant, jamais la même lumière, les mêmes tonalités. Quelle chance de pouvoir cheminer des heures durant dans ce bel espace. 🙏 🌳

I woke up this morning, sat on my yoga mat and decided to write a list of all the thing's I'm so grateful for.
Suddenly, the list was endless, the little things you take for granted and the shift in perception.
I'm so thankful to have a loving partner, be surrounded by loving friends and family and of course the friends that become family. Waking up in paradise and starting a new week with endless opportunities.. What more could one want! 💕❤🌟
A woman sat next to me on the train tonight while we were boarding at Wellington Station. She asked politely if the seat next to me was taken. Then, she pulled out Margaret Atwood’s latest book and started reading. Just as we were pulling out of the station to start the almost-one-hour-commute to the Kāpiti Coast, the conductor’s voice comes across the train’s speakers to announce the power has gone out of the electrified tracks halfway home. He reassures us by saying buses are being called to drive us the rest of the ride home from there. All commuters take to their phones in a flurry of texts and calls. Once we arrive to Plimmerton, my seat mate packs up her hardcover and smiles at me: ‘My dad’s waiting in the car park. Want a ride to Paraparaumu?’ I’m so grateful, I nearly shout YES! I rein it in and try to keep up to her purposeful gait through the 300 other people moving like a wave for the two buses parked a bit away from the train. My seat mate offers her dad’s remaining car seat to a woman she recognised from her office.
We all pike in and her retired dad proceeds to give us the most awesome guided tour home. His name was Darryl. I love this country.
⭐️As strange as it may sound, something as simple as holding an attitude of thankfulness has amazing effects on the body and the mind, as well as on our hormonal environment🍃!!
—Gratitude increases blood flow and activity in the hypothalamus, the master gland that’s in charge of controlling our hormones💥!
—Gratitude upgrades several chemicals, from oxytocin to cortisol, as well as our neurotransmitters, including serotonin and dopamine🌈.
—Lots of research suggests that being grateful and aware of the positive things and people around us triggers the release of oxytocin, a mediator of anti-stress, well-being, social interaction, growth and healing🧙🏻♀️.
—Grateful people have also been shown to get better sleep, feel less depressed and anxious, as well as better at sticking to their exercise goals💪🏾.
🌙One of our favorite ways to wrap-up the journey is to either write down or simply highlight mentally what has made us happy throughout the day🍵.
