Je penses que chaque personnes à sa vie entre ses mains, qu’elle est maître de son « destin ». Ça fait très bateau comme sentence je dois l’avouer 🤷🏻♂️, mais force est de constater que les personnes qui réussissent sont celle qui s’en donnent les moyens. ☝🏻 On peut toujours repousser les choses au lendemain, ce dire que cela n’a pas temps d’importance, qu’on le fera tôt ou tard. ❌ On est entraîné dans une forme de tourbillon négatif qui nous entraîne vers le bas. ↘️ Quand on est habitué, on a du mal à s’en extirper. Mais réfléchissez : quand avez vous ressentie pour la dernière fois le sentiment d’une plénitude, d’un devoir accomplie ? 🤔 Assis sur le canapé devant Netflix ? Ou plutôt après avoir rendu un travail de long haleine ? 😉
BOUSCULEZ VOS HABITUDES. Rien n’est facile, je le conçois, mais faites le. 👍🏻 Car lorsque vous aurez relancer la machine, et que votre régularité vous tirera vers le haut, alors vous ne pourrez qu’être fier en pensant à la version de vous même que vous étiez il y a de cela quelques mois. 👌🏻

Failing to plan is planning to fail. Your plan of action can include anything that will help you on your journey, such as work out routines, meal plans, fitness / weight goals and timescales etc.
Now take some time to plan and smash your goals!
Weight Loss Expectations vs. Reality
Most people have some sort of attachment/emotion to the scale but it’s important to understand the scale is simply a tool.
The number on the scale tells us our weight, but there are tons of factors that influence what that number reads, and the goal shouldn’t just focused around weight loss but instead fat loss. The scale doesn’t reflect the changes that are happening with body composition. Yes, it is possible to gain muscle and lose fat/inches simultaneously and a lack of weight change on the scale doesn’t mean body fat hasn’t been lost.
It’s also possible that you’re losing weight (which could just be water and possibly even muscle) but not so much fat.
A few reasons why scale progress isn’t linear:
•Timing of last meal
•Different weigh-in times
Alternative ways to measure progress:
•How do your clothes fit
•Take body/girth measurements
For those who don’t have an emotional attachment to the scale, I would recommend daily weigh-ins, firs thing in the morning, before you eat or drink anything, after using the restroom and naked. From there, you can take take the 7-day averages for a more accurate and realistic representation of progress.
If you get scale anxiety, this may not be your best option and relying on other tools might suit you better. Try using girth measurements, progress photos, how your clothes fit and gym progress.
Don’t get too caught up with one tool for measurement. The scale is nothing but simple data, but again, doesn’t tell us the whole story.

Although I joined the gym before I met my husband, @fitcoachalexey , he met me about 6 months after the left Photo was taken. He played a pivotal role in my style of training, which helped me build the muscle I was craving in the right places 💁🏻♀️ 💪 About 5.5 years worth of work, nutrition and bodybuilding. I don’t think I’ve ever legit introduced myself on here so here are some fun facts about me! 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 1). I have 11 siblings, yes eleven & yes I know all of their names 😂 I can’t even count how many times I’ve been asked that haha. There are 7 boys & 5 girls, no twins. I’m the 8th oldest but fall dead center (age wise) with the oldest being 11 years older and the youngest being 10 years younger.
2). I grew up in Delaware, it’s small. There are only 3 counties in the entire state which is broken up into northern, central & southern. I loved growing up there but would never willingly move back haha.
3). I have been married for over 6 years to my hubby A-A-ron. Two of my favorite qualities about him is how driven he is & that he sees people for who they are. Not what they look like, what they drive, their clothes or their popularity but who they are as a person. He makes a point to genuinely become friends with the kid who might feel like an outsider. I love that so much.
4). We have a 3.5 year old boy Hayden & an almost 2 year old girl Addie. They are just starting to become little BFF’s and I LOVE IT. I always thought I wanted 5 kids but that seems a bit far fetched now. Maybeeee one more in the future? We’ve always wanted to adopt so who knows where that could take us. •
5). I went to Esthetician school & then became certified to do microblading which I loveee. There’s something about the before and after that is so satisfying 😍
6). I am probably one of the few people on the planet that doesn’t agree that Disney World is the happiest place on earth. The crowds, the insanely long lines for a 90 second ride & the ridiculous prices all make me feel a bit anxious lol. My happiest place on earth would look more like a white sand beach on some tropical island. Accepting all donations to send me there now 😏
