I recently read a New York Times article that suggested people be “less productive”. - The article took a very soft and overly nurturing approach to ones time right now. - It suggested that if you’re becoming overwhelmed because you have free time but can’t seem to move yourself towards getting stuff done, it’s okay. Go easy on yourself. - Tending to your basic needs is enough. - I couldn’t disagree more. This is the time to be doing FAR MORE than you were able to do before. You don’t have any excuses. - Most of us are at home 7 days a week. If you have a goal or a project you want to work on, go work on it. Возможно то, что я напишу вы уже знаете или это покажется вам банальным, но так сложилось что сбалансированное питание это очень просто и придумать тут что-то сверхъестественное сложно ( ну разве что кто-то хочет хайпануть на этом) Итак, мои рекомендации: 1. Вода. После сна стакан, перед каждым приёмом пищи стакан, после каждого приёма пищи стакан ( это если вы не умеете пить много воды. Если вы будете так делать, то не будете забывать про воду). Если умеете, то 40г/кг веса + 1-1.5 л на тренировку. 2. Овощи. Очень простой совет. Просто на каждый основной приём пищи тарелка овощей. Обязательно должны присутствовать листовые овощи. Ничего сложно в этом нет. Если вам салат не сочетается с основным блюдом, то съедайте салат до еды. 3. Фрукты. Если у вас нету повышенного сахара, то не бойтесь фруктов ( бананы не страшные! В банане меньше фруктозы чем в яблоке). Если вы следите за фигурой, то просто не кушайте фрукты после 3 часов дня. 4. Пять цветов.Смотри пост про фитонутриенты. Каждый день стараться съедать овощи и фрукты пяти цветов. 5. Соблюдать свою норму по белку! Это очень важно. В день должно усваиваться 1,5-2 г/кг. 6. Жиры. Соотношение жиров растительных к жирам животного происхождения 70:30. Масла первого холодного отжима. 7. Режим питания. Едой считается всё что не вода. Если вы съели яблоко — это приём пищи, кофе тоже. Что бы не мучить поджелудочную делайте 4-5 приёмов ( лучше вообще 3, но так могут быть срывы поначалу. Лучше 3 основных и 1-2 перекуса. Желательно в одно и тоже время) Это самые простые советы для закладывания фундамента. Многие, очень многие меня спрашивают: «Что ты ешь?». Питание - не совсем моя тема... Но у меня есть очень четкая позиция. «Человек есть то, что он ест». Причём «ест» не только в прямом значении этого слова. Но и то, что он читает, на что смотрит, кого выбирает в собеседники, и человек это безусловно то, что он кладёт себе в рот. Питание тема простая и сложная! Многие уже знают, что я никогда не поддерживаю разговоры о лишнем весе и диетах! Никогда! Категорически! У Вас ожирение? Это медицинская проблема. Надо искать специалистов и разбираться! У Вас лишний вес? Какие проблемы? Посмотрите на то, что Вы едите, как Вы едите, и сколько Вы едите! Измените свои вкусовые привычки! И вперёд! Зачем об этом столько говорить?! Теперь я поделюсь с Вами своим опытом и своими ноу хау, на эту тему. По мере преодоления своей лени, я буду постить фотографии того, что я съела за день. И Вы ( и я заодно) наконец узнаете, что я ем 😋! Итак вчера: 9:00 Первый завтрак - мюсли. 11:00 Второй завтрак- кофе с сыром ( очень люблю это сочетание), 15:00 Гречка с авокадо, кинзой, и семенами чиа ( дочь научила @m.lyubavina ), 20:00 захотелось блинов 🤣!
