BE IN A CALORIE DEFICIT You know what every diet has in common? It creates a calorie deficit. Choose a diet plan/strategy that you enjoy and stick to it. Just make sure that your in a calorie deficit of 500 calories each day to start so you can lose about a pound per week. . TRACK YOUR FOOD What gets measured, gets managed. -Peter Drucker You need to track your food, either in a calorie counting app like myfitness pal or simply keep a food log. This will allow you to track changes in what your eating and contrast it to your weight changes to make the proper adjustments to your diet. Focus on getting 80% of your food from whole minimally processed food sources. The other 20% will come from "fun food" to keep you sane. . LIFT HEAVY You need to lift heavy weights when your trying to lose fat. This will give your body the incentive to hang onto your hard earned muscle since you are placing the demand for it on your body. Training in the 6-8 rep range is appropriate to elicit this response. . GET MORE SLEEP You need to have enough sleep to make sure you are fully recovering from trading and to make sure that you are keeping your stress levels down. The more stressed and tired we are the worse we tend to eat and perform. Make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. . EAT MORE PROTEIN Getting enough protein is very important when we are tying to lose weight because we want to make sure we are maintaining our lean muscle mass. Aim for between .7-1g/lb of body weight, airing towards the 1g per pound to make sure we are getting enough. Our body needs more protein when we are eating in a calorie deficit. . КАК ЧАСТО НУЖНО ДЕЛАТЬ ЗАМЕРЫ? ⠀ Привет, девчонки♥️ ⠀ Начнём с того, для чего нам нужны эти самые замеры тела🤔 Если вы всерьез взялись за себя, то замерять параметры важно💡 Так вы отследите свой прогресс ☝ ⠀ Весы не дадут вам полной информации, вам будет долго казаться, что особо ничего не меняется. Зеркало тоже не лучший помощник в этом деле🤚🏻📝 ⠀ Измерять нужно те части тела, пропорции который так важны для общего впечатления о фигуре: ⠀ 📏 плечи 📏предплечья 📏бицепсы 📏грудная клетка 📏талия 📏бёдра 📏голень 📏шея ⠀ Замерять параметры (и вес тоже) надо утром, на пустой желудок🤗 ⠀ В конце дня параметры могут слегка поменяться — ноги, к примеру, отекают к вечеру.
