Chocolate Fondant Pudding
100g caster sugar
2 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp golden syrup
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp plain flour
Preheat oven to 180c, gas 4.
Grease 4 ramekins.
Melt the sugar and butter in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
Stir in the syrup and cacao.
Whisk the egg yolks and eggs in a bowl for a few minutes add to the chocolate mixture.
Fold in the flour until all thoroughly mixed together.
Pour into the ramekins.
Place on a baking tray and put in the fridge to chill down for 25 mins.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until risen serve immediately.

Do what you need to feel alive, vibrant and healthy in the most positive way. Believe in your own ability to create joy, ease, comfort and love. Doing more of what works and less of what doesn’t is a great place to begin the process.

Sometimes your brain can become a very busy place and it’s essential for your wellbeing to take a step back, put your thoughts to one side and declutter. When you come back to them you’ll see things clearer.
Your brain needs to rest and recharge in order to perform smoothly. Something as simple as switching your phone or laptop off, taking a nap or going for a walk can help your brain feel less overwhelmed.

If I was to be real with you right now..Ive had days where I wanted to quit, cry, and just sleep. But I am GRATEFUL for those days.❗️❗️.

maybe we need to go thru the yucky not so good? I think so!
To be okay with that is where I am very proud of myself. To be OKAY with the fact that I will not always shine my brightest, that I might fail, I might be negative, I might be weak...💥but to KNOW, I will always rise and end up shinning even brighter, I will stand up taller, I will scream poisitivity from the top of my lungs, and I will be stronger more than ever....makes me VERY proud.💥
Today I give you..and ME😘 permission to have bad days, permission to live in the feeling and LEARN in that space. To THEN use that day, those feelings, that space as FUEL and FIRE🔥 to get to that feeling of good- and to do whatever it must take to get there.
For me it goes back to self practices, daily routines, priming, affirmations, writing, painting, eating healthy foods, moving my body, and spending time with loving mentors, coaches, family and friends. .
Its okay to fall off track, but guess what..the track doesn't go anywhere..so just get right back on it! ❤️❤️❤️ #MONDAYMOOD
Happy Monday! I'm super excited to be talking about one of my favorite things.. SKINCARE! What you're putting on your body is just as important as what you're putting in it. So much of today's popular skincare is full of harsh chemicals and toxins that over time will do more harm to our bodies than good. But today, let's focus on the good. Here are some of my absolute favorite safe skincare products & a glimpse into my daily routine that has improved my skin so much!
🥥 I start my day with @pacificabeauty Coconut Milk Cream to Foam Face Wash - this quickly became my all time favorite face wash. It feels so gentle on my skin, rinses off easily, and washes all the bad away.
🍊 @drbronner 18-in-1 Hemp Citrus Pure-Castile Soap - this is a new love of mine. I love it because this brand is all organic and fair-trade, plus who doesn't love a little burst of citrus to wake you up in the morning? One tip: dilute dilute DILUTE! This stuff is made to lather so a little goes a long way. I also use it to shave my legs, so bonus for helping me save on shaving cream.
💎 @pacificabeauty Sugared Crystal Supercharged Body Scrub - my skin has never felt so soft! I scrub this on and let it sit for about 3-5 minutes and then rinse.
🥥 After my shower I use @pacificabeauty Coconut Probiotic Water Rehab Cream - using this as a daily moisturizer has seriously saved my skin. I used to be super oily by the end of the day, but now even on the hottest days I don't have to blot!

Good Morning ☀️ A perfect breakfast during hot summer days like these! Just blend frozen bananas, frozen mangoes, flaxseed meal, and coconut milk. (Tip: add any protein powder to make it a a power packed breakfast @teenaomar ) Top it off with whatever you like, I kept it simple with some fresh mangoes, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
