So I’ve been quiet on here for a couple of days, yesterday I worked my last 12 hour day 💃🏼 the relief when I woke up this morning was unreal as I feel so grateful for the clients that I have that have been so understanding of my change of hours!
Today I’ve spent my day (5hours) with my best mate. She is a member of @virginactiveuk clearview and she kindly got me a free pass to go and use it. We had a fab time in the gym then have hot yoga a go (wow) then a leisurely swim before the most amazing chicken salad!!!! I’ve had the best day it was so needed thank you @jules_boo_burnett your the best!
So dinner tonight is an easy one and inspired by caz over at @hungrylittlebears (if your not following her you really need to!!!!) loaded jacket pots, I fried of pancetta lardons to make them crispy instead of tuna in ours! I’ve servedthese with some salad #simpledinner#dinnerideas#dinner

Greek yogurt topped with frozen + fresh blueberries + banana slices + coconut granola + powder + peanut butter swirl

Shrimps cooked with olive oil in a pan + basmati rice + black sesame seeds + steamed broccolini + leafy greens + lemon

For when you’re super busy and don’t have time to cook... or if you just fancy a delicious M&S ready meal, I definitely recommend this one.
My favourite ready meal... and somehow only 233 calories!? Not necessarily the prettiest looking meal and this photo seriously doesn’t do justice to how amazing it tastes! I love how this meal manages to be so creamy and lovely yet is still a healthy dinner. The chargrilled chicken taste goes so well with the pesto and veg flavours. 🍗🥒🥦✨
