Today we focused a lot on plank work to help build more strength for handstands! I (Bobby) will be doing the modified versions and Ami will be doing the more difficult ones. We do 3 sets of each! * A couple important things to remember when doing planks: 1. Keep that butt squeezed and down (as you see us getting more tired our butts start to lift) 2. Keep that core engaged- try not to let your belly drop and also try not to pike (if you find that you’re struggling with this, try breaking up the exercises- no need to rush through) 3. Strong straight arms- shoulders directly above hands 4. 🔰در ابتدا بگم که نظریه خودم رو به طور کلی درباره فیلم اعلام میکنم✔ 🔺️در نگاه اول به تمرینات بالا اولین چیزی که به ذهن میرسه به ترتیب تعادل و برهم زدن آن.یعنی به عبارتی حفظ تعادل و پایداری‌ به عبارتی( stability )است. 🔸️سپس‌ میتوان به تقویت عضلات چهار سر و همسترینگ 🔸️قدرت ایزومتریک(ایستا) عضلات چهار سر 🔸️در آخر تقویت گیرنده های حس عمقی کف پا اشاره نمود. 🔴همه عوامل یاد شده در بالا در جای خود درست هستند‌ و میتوان گفت به عبارتی نوعی تداخل تنوع تمرینی را داریم که میشه هر کدام رو به تنهایی و با یه تمرین ساده انجام داد و تقویت نمود و به نتیجه دلخواه رسید. 🌱هدف از اجرای این تمرین صرفا جهت ثبات مفصل زانو و مفصل مچ پا طراحی شده است. ⭕لازم به ذکر است که بگویم بعد از تقویت عضلات میانی به عبارتی (core stability) قطعا مفصل زانو و در کنار آن مفصل مچ پا مهم ترین بخش از بدن برای یک ورزشکار است و برای او بسیار بسیار حائز اهمیت خواهد بود. ⬅️در ضمن با نگه داری وزنه در دستان ورزشکار عضلات میانی( به خصوص مورب ها) شدیدا تحت تنش و فشار قرار دارند.یعنی کلا فشار تمرین به ترتیب بین دو نقطه A وB یعنی مفصل زانو(A) و عضلات میانی(B) تقسیم میشود. ⬅️فیلم های مربوط به این توضیحات در پست های بعدی گذاشته میشود💪🙇‍♂️ با‌ ماه همراه باشید🙇‍♂️ #گلساررشت #توشیبا #فوتبال #گیلان #رشت_گیلان #سپیدرود_رشت #داماش #بدنسازی #آمادگی_جسمانی #رشت #گیلان #رشتیها #رزمی #ایران #داماش #داماش_گیلان #سپیدرود #سهیل_زارع #soheilzare #soheil_zare #sport #stabilityballworkouts #stability #agilitytraining #core #corestability #rasht #guilan #gilan #fitnessmotivation #fitness #balance
