Mokum Records, Cenobite records, Københardcore & Madness Industry.
He is your main man for unadulterated energy in the studio and on stage.
On the dancefloor he spans wide, from the early nineties hardcore genre, to his own powerful productions and to a more extreme concept "fast and hard". With tireless energy and a good understanding of the genre's standards, his productions is always worth listening to.
Although Peckerhead probably is the youngest of the Danish Gabber front, he started sharing the stage with people who have had great influence in the hardcore culture in a young age.
He mostly plays in Denmark, where he throughout 9 years and counting has been pushing the limits of electronic music.
He has been a bit outside the countrys borders: Russia, Holland, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, England and Finland so far. Now residing in the birthplace of Gabber music, Rotterdam, Daniel is even furthering his growing reputation as a rock-solid purveyor of top notch releases on Mokum & Cenobite records etc.
And thanks to his positive presence also becoming an audience favorite in- and outside of Holland.
He is Denmark's own Hardcore Techno enfant terrible!

Have you ever wondered why mountain climbers are ripped and have rock hard body’s?🤔 They challenge their body to activate muscles and reach mindsets out of their limits🧗♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
And although many of their adventures may seem ‘out there’,the movements I’ll show you this week do not have to be any different to your own urban adventure 😊💫. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉Try these exercises running reps or time (10/15sec rest between exercises). 👉 * Use TWO ROCKS as weight
👉 REST 40/60sec between /sets
👉PERFORM 3/5 Rnds/Sets
1️⃣ ROCK SLIDES. . *Using two rocks alternately on a rock ledge or surface you can slide with.Grab two rocks as weights and as you slide back and forth isolate each side of your chest by pushing away from the ledge as you push up. * 8/10REPS each side or 20/40sec on timer)⏱ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ ROCK CLAPS . *Now with your rocks dynamically push off the rock ledge to perform a plyo push-up, clapping your rock to not only make some noise but build a hard chest. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Today was core day. This is an advanced routine. If you go to the gym, try it sometime or add a few of the exercises to your normal upper body or lower body routine. This targets the abs from all angles. Try 3 sets of each circuit doing 8-10 reps with the maximum weight you can complete them.

Durante los ejercicios de Pilates, la cabeza debe moverse en armonía con la columna, ni más ni menos, respetando la relación "barbilla-esternón", y la mirada ha de acompañar ese movimiento.
Los movimientos deben ser naturales, alejando la parte posterior del cuello de los hombros, y extendiendo las vértebras situadas justo debajo del cráneo. Se debe mantener la distancia correcta entre el pecho y la barbilla, para evitar colapsar la zona cervical con una extensión o flexión excesivas, ya que lo queremos es involucrar la parte superior de la espalda en los movimientos y estirar el cuello, no tensarlo.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ During Pilates exercises, the head must move in harmony with the spine, neither more nor less, respecting the "chin-sternum" relationship, and the gaze must accompany that movement.
The movements should be natural, moving the back of the neck away from the shoulders, and extending the vertebrae located just below the skull. A slow approach based on a #soulful subtlety acute sense and heart-centered connection on a longer arch of friendship, spirit of breath, dance, trust, transparency, contact and consideration for consequence ables the health of an entire network from a centered space. *
