Meat: 🥩 Flat Iron Steak is a favourite of mine, it’s cheap, has a Little marbling in it & tastes great. It’s important to have the steaks at room temperature before cooking & allow to rest afterwards.
These two steaks were cheaper than a piece of sirloin & in my opinion tastier. Just don’t eat the night before a mountain stage!!

Had the pleasure of working with @_nicholas_grant_ yesterday for a little videography piece he’s working on.
These are the first film stills on his next documentary which amazingly will feature bits with myself and The Buck and Birch.
