Take me back...
To my favorite bartender who created my new favorite beach bubbly cocktail, The Bubbly Side.
And of course, I had to spread some bubbly love with the Bubbly Side of Life Pop Socket...
Do you have one yet???
Day 7 of #jaclynhillchristmas 🎄🤶🏻💚 Jaclyn, I’ve been a supporter of yours for 7 years. You taught me EVERYTHING I know about cosmetics, and thank you for that. You’ve been such an amazing role model for all of those who suffer from mental health struggles, those who come from broken families, and are surrounded by negativity. You have shown us that we can overcome anything, as long as we work hard enough. You are an inspiration, and winning this giveaway would mean that you really do see us, your ride or die supporters 🥰 It would mean that another follower could gain the confidence to live outside of the box, and be happy in their skin. It would give someone the opportunity to try new things, techniques and products that they normally wouldn’t. So whoever wins.... thank you. You’re a beautiful soul 😍💖💋
In the rest of the pics, you can see how I’ve used the #jaclynhillxmorphe vault and her palette! Also, notice how glowy and STUNNING the glow is when I use #champagnepop
Overperforming line-up of a quiet Monday night.
Champagne "Garennes" - Georges Laval (disgorging 9/2017):
stunning Meunier with a full body and a gently tightly-knit texture, it amazes for focus and perfect grip all along the palate. Dense and fairly aromatic, it offers flavours of red apple and yoghurt on the mid to late that flow in a three-dimensional sharp acidity. Citrusy and lime-ish, crunchy in its lateral minerality and fleshy on ending, extremely long.
Initially the nose smells like a Laherte with a great umami background, then it moves on watermelon and apple pulp, fresh cheese and chocolate puffed rice.
Chenin "Les Noels De Montbenault" 2013 - Richard Leroy:
the Chenin by the master, one of the greatest whites I have ever experienced and undoubtedly the top Chenin out there. The 2013 is singing right now, a champion in power and tension.
Fullish in body, round entrance with super-focused three-dimensional texture, it immediately attacks the palate with an extremely incisive, skin-tight, almost austere minerality, made of iodine and clay, compact and salty. The whole matter is then violently pushed forward by a sour yet juicy acidity, straight and grapefruit-ish, a nuclear bomb for energy and vitality. Outrageous lenght.
Explosive opulent nose with butter and matchstick, iodine and pollen, straw, sun-kissed skin and crushed limestone.
Chambertin 1er Cru "Clos Saint-Jacques" 2006 - Sylvie Esmonin:
I did not expect an oak so integrated nor such an evocative vintage, the 2006 red in Burgundy is giving beautiful surprises and, if you age the right and let them oxygenate, even the wines of Sylvie can perform great.
Medium to full body with dense texture and solid structure, initially it is raped by a bitter oaky note on the mid to late but, after a long aeration, it cleans up and offers a chiseled fresh blueberry in nice harmony with a focused fine sapidity. Balanced acidity, widely fresh and just fairly fruity, the tannins are thin and delicately incisive.
Intoxicating bold nose with ginger, blossoming violets and bubbly forest berries, eucalyptus, herbs and cherry dipped in dark chocolate.
Repost from @bourget_imports using @RepostRegramApp - 🥂💛Lots of love for @arlenoble Rosé Terroirs Chouilly-Bisseuil!
AR Lenoble is the "Must-Try Fizz" according to @decanter (January, 2020) “Firm, almost crunchy in texture, this fresh rosé Champagne is lightly spiced and minerally, offering saline-laced flavors of dried white cherry, slivered almond, blood orange pith and lemon thyme. Satiny finish. Drink now through 2022.” - @wine_spectator , 92 “Mostly chardonnay from the Grand Cru village of Chouilly, with eight percent pinot noir, this is a rich and toasty rosé. It’s copper-pink in color and carries the fresh flavor of strawberries dusted with sugar, bright and a little citrusy. The chalky abrasion of Cote des Blancs acidity integrates into a lovely tension with the fruit, bringing you back for another taste.” - @wineandspirits , 90 "Produced from Chardonnay with the addition of red wine from Pinot Noir, this crisp, dry wine is well balanced. Its beautifully perfumed character is balanced by bright acidity and hints of maturity. The wine is ready to drink."

#guymicheletfils brut Tradition Vintage 1982. Deg. April 2019. So alive. Complex, evolved, oxydative, but yet mineral and acid. That’s the way you celebrate 4 years with an incredible woman, with an incredible Champagne. Thanks @alicetriveri
