Avenue de Champagne at Epernay is the only street that has more champagne houses per square meter than any other place on earth.
You can visit cellars for a guided tour and tasting or just stay at one of many champagne bars opened along the avenue and enjoy a glass or two of precious bubbly.
My favorite champagne bar was @champagnedevignerons - really cool concept featuring champagnes from small growers. Every night they choose 4 different champagnes to taste and often have winemakers on site, so you can ask questions and learn about their champagne.
Scroll to see Florence Vandier talking about his champagne house in Sezanne, and explaining what grapes grow in each of the champagne region sub-zones. #champagnedevignerons#epernay#champagnevandier
My favourite love story of all time has to be The Great Gatsby. This Royal blue blazer is reminiscent of the one I wore at David Livingstone primary school days. We didn’t have hats so I kept a Nike cap in my satchel for the long walks home across the CBD. I’m older and much wiser now.
Stay true to yourself and make your inner-child proud
