Tibias perpendiculares al suelo para ejercer mayor presión con piernas. La barra debe estar pegada a las piernas sin tocarlas. Rodillas y pies girados ligeramente hacia fuera. Pisada firme. Cabeza erguida y mirada al frente Hombros hacia atrás. Pecho hacia delante. Ejecución de la técnica Nos colocaremos frente a la barra, dejándola ésta a escasos centímetros de nuestras tibias. Abriremos nuestras piernas lo más posible, superando la distancia que hay entre nuestros hombros. Las rodillas estarán giradas, junto a los pies, un poco hacia fuera. Una vez colocados frente a la barra, nos agacharemos para cogerla con la espalda recta y las piernas ligeramente flexionadas. Estiraremos el pecho hacia arriba, tanto como sea posible sin bajar las caderas, de este modo los homoplatos, barra y la mitad del pie deben estar alineados. Empezaremos a levantar la barra casi rozando nuestras piernas, sin llegar a sentir el metal en ellas. Una vez completemos el movimiento completo y consigamos estirarnos, bloquearemos todo el movimiento. Las rodillas continuarán ligeramente flexionadas, luego baja la barra inclinándote hacia delante con las rodillas un poco flexionadas, sin llegar a doblarlas. Performing stretches on a regular basis can improve the mobility of your spine and relieve pain. Here’s one stretch you can do for your low back👇 . ▪️How to do Lumbar Extension . 1. Lie on your stomach and raise yourself on your elbows, extending your back, and place your palms flat on the floor. 2. As you inhale, start straightening your elbows, further extending your back. Try to keep your hip from lifting off the floor and continue straightening your elbows until you feel a stretch. Do not lock your elbows or push back farther than what feels comfortable. 3. Hold for 15-30 seconds. 4.
