So remember that post I made about setting weekly goals.. monthly goals.. and yearly goals.. well I just found out I reached one of my weekly goals! Earning @beachbodylive Master Trainer of the week is a huge honor. Every single Master Trainer is simply amazing and the support of the group is incredible. It’s so fun seeing each week in our group who gets MT of the week because it always shows the hard work that gets put in and @joiecomeiro makes these super cute magazine covers to announce it. Thanks to all my trainees this past weekend that trusted me to be your Master Trainer. I am on cloud 9 getting to do something I love so much and this is just the cherry on top.. next stop monthly goal 👊🏻
Killed it doing seated military presses the other day! 💪Getting better at this movement and am actually really starting to like it. 😁 Did a set of 20 45, set of 15 65, set of 12 95, and a set of 20 135 PR for front presses. Then did a set of 12 65, set of 12 95, and a set of 18 115 PR for behind the neck presses. 🤘 Then did 2 sets of 20 50 and 2 sets of 30 60 for upright rows. Lastly did 5 sets of dumbbell laterals with the 15s, 20s, and 25s to failure. 😳 Awesome session! This was after bench press and dumbbell presses so shoulders were already a little taxed. 😅
