▫️2 oz @sailorjerry Spiced Rum
▫️½ oz Chili Chocolate @kahlua
▫️¾ oz Christmas syrup
▫️¾ oz egg white
▫️add ingredients to shaker & shake
▫️add ice & shake again
▫️double-strain into chilled coupe
▫️garnish: star anise & walnut bitters
▫️1 cup water
▫️1 cup sugar
▫️1 tbsp grated nutmeg
▫️ tbsp demerara sugar
▫️1 tbsp allspice
▫️2 cinnamon sticks
▫️4 star anise stars
▫️½ of a vanilla bean
▫️add to pot, stir & bring to a boil
▫️remove from heat
▫️let steep for 15-20 min
▫️strain out the solids

2 oz. Sprite
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Creme De Banana
Layer over Ice or spoon
Garnish with Peach rings

“Grander Pinã Coconut”
2 oz Grander Rum 8yr
1 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Coconut Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously until chilled. Then strain into a cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, pineapple leaves and maraschino cherry.
