I was initially going to do this work out with floor slides and a yoga mat, but not everyone has that equipment... so, grab two kitchen towels and one bath towel and let’s go to work. (Psa:. Get your lady or wife’s permission before grabbing the good towels, I don’t want to hear anything, from anyone 🙅🏾♂️)
We’ll go for time today, perform each movement for 30 seconds, before moving to the next. -
🔹High plank to pike.
🔹High plank to floor sweep (each leg)
🔸High Plank to knee tuck.
🔹Repeat for 4 Rounds.

As of today, California has joined New York and issued a ‘stay at home order’, to help reduce the spread of this 🦠. If you’re looking to maintain your fitness, and are stuck inside; We need to be creative. -
Gran your backpack with books/soup cans, suitcase, or a few gallons of water and let’s get after it.
Today, we did a lot of compound movements, trying to target large muscle groups then moving immediately onto the next movement. Let’s go for time (since weight may be a challenge), and hit each movement for 30second intervals.
🔸Single Arm row with lunge.
🔹Row with reverse lunge to stab. 🔸Wave Sumo Squats.
🔹Squat - Row - Deadlift.
🔸Rest 1 Minute. Repeat x 4

I love this little potato for many reasons, including the amazing growth and evolution she’s blessed me with. For the past three years; There hasn’t been a day that’s gone by where I’m not motivated to be better, try something new or step outside my comfort-zone. 🚷

The goal here is to keep it moving, from one station to the next. Going for a 30second interval. Focus on form, and completing these movements cleanly. -

Today’s first attempt at tennis... I think we did pretty well; Nobody got hit with a racket or got an eye put out 🚑.
We’ve already been staying away from parks and populated community areas. Adapting as we continue to get more information. -
As of midnight tonight, Movie theaters, gyms and fitness centers will be closed here in LA (until March 31st at minimum).
This 🦠 looks like it’s going to continue to become more impactful to our daily lives & habits, so it’s important that we stay calm, creative, keep positive and roll with the punches 🥊.
