If you’re looking to maintain your fitness, and are stuck inside; We need to be creative. - Gran your backpack with books/soup cans, suitcase, or a few gallons of water and let’s get after it. - Today, we did a lot of compound movements, trying to target large muscle groups then moving immediately onto the next movement.
