Although I am ready for it to be over; I am grateful for deepening my relationships with my loved ones, spending more time out with nature; hiking and running used to be my favorite things to do and now I finally have time to bring those joyful memories back to life. Spending more time being creative with my meals, more time reading and learning my passion, more time focusing on what I really want to accomplish in life and getting a better vision of my goals. Negative thinking is one of the most powerful element we battle everyday. @trevormoawad one of my favorite influential people stated that the externalization of thoughts are 10 times stronger when spoken out loud. Data showed that NEGATIVE thoughts are four to seven times stronger than POSITIVE thoughts. Next time you say something out loud; it is 10 times more powerful and if it’s negative then it’s 40 to 70 times more powerful.
