Just wanted to post some progress before the whole corona happened. The first pic was me in senior year of high school, I had no idea about fitness. All I knew was just to eat and lift which got me to being strong but yet packing on a lot of fat. Fast forward to this year of my sophomore college year, with the right learning and experience, I was able to lost some of my body fat while gaining muscle. I was almost close to my goal but then that’s when the corona lockdown happened lol.
